I felt like it was my own comfortable place . It was carnival season so I appreciated the safety especially as a solo traveler . It was close to everything I needed . Roxanne is also an energetic and helpful host and very reasonable ! Would love to stay again in the future .

Felt like home and family! Pool closes late, you can sit in the pool, look at the stars and hear neighbors playing all songs of Soca! Wifi in room, slept like a baby. 5 min walk to Pholourie shop, Chinese food, and other great food spots. 15-20 mins from Carnival line up area. Used TTD Ride share to get around (you have the option to pay cash or card). Bought a eSim card for calls and texting.

Ms. Sheila was very sweet and welcoming. Responsive to messages and calls. Its worth what I paid and as expected. I have no complaints and was extremely thankful for the find. I was there on a sunday so beware not much us open and if it is they close early.

Sherene saved the day!! Her place was nothing less than amazing!!! She went out of her way to have her place ready for my friend and I who were in kinda a bind so that we could be comfortable.Her place was spotless clean and comfortable! I will def be back to stay at her place!!! Thank you again!

Excellent place to stay 👌 and the host was very nice. the place has everything you need however , one thing to note is the use of washing machine is not free and it's very over priced like $15 per one wash it's kind of a bit much. but apart from that everything is excellent

The communication with Sarona was super nice and easy from beginning to end. Our group felt very comfortable and right at home in this modern and tasteful house. There was everything and more of what we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and beds and sheets were new and comfortable. The house is located in a small gated community close to the highway but far enough to get a feeling of peace and quite and we felt very safe there. Really cannot praise Guy enough. He facilitated our late check in and had provided us with some hugely appreciated breakfast provisions (arrived after most stores closed). He was responsive and attentive throughout. Have never had an Airbnb host anticipate guests needs so well or respond so quickly and helpfully. We had no issues, but feel confident he’d have dealt with anything if we had! He’s also a very talented artist but needs to tell his guests before they’re leaving.

The home was very nice and close to all the things we were interested in. I would highly recommend this home to friends and family.

My family and I had an amazing stay, this place definitely topped my favorites list, it’s clean spacious and in a peaceful environment. 10/10 recommendations

Amazing property and host. Very responsive and accommodating to whatever we needed. Felt like home. Conveniently located near the airport, Trincity Mall and more. Transportation to and from events was a major plus! Would highly recommend and absolutely would book again.

Miguel was hands-down an exceptional host from start to finish. He reached out to us even from initial booking and made our experience all the more enjoyable throughout our stay. Helpful would be an understatement. He provided us with information for a driver to use while in Trinidad. He gave us excellent advice on restaurants and stores. He cooked for us twice during our stay. Not to mention he is easily one of the friendliest people I’ve met. His home is within walking distance of the Queen’s Park Savannah and Hasely Crawford Stadium. Couldn’t have lucked out with a better place to stay during carnival!!!

I just want to say that Reynold and co-host were extremely understanding, patient and just all round beautiful people. The place was exactly like the pictures. The pool! What a beauty! Felt so relaxing (the deck was my fav spot this short weekend). All in all, if you just want to be away from home and just disconnect, J Flats is the place for you.

After 20 days at this residence, I can confidently say we had a wonderful time and would absolutely return. With family all over Trinidad, this place is centrally located, and it was easy for all. Moreover, despite the State of Emergency, wthis was situated in a bustling yet very safe area. The best part of it all is the VIEW - wow, wow WOW. Watching the city light up from our balcony on New Years Eve was absolutely outstanding. TBH, most of my time in the condo was spent on the balcony, you have to experience it for yourself. The managment team was also extremely helpful and accomodating, our flight came in well before check-in and as i made the request well in advance they were able to meet with us earlier. Now, there were a few minor issues, only 2 to be exact, that required me to contact the property manager and each time, they responded well w/in 10 minutes or less, provided alternative solutions and checked back in to ensure we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend!

Second stay and just as memorable as the first, lovely confortable clean quiet soacious apartment with good AC and hot water , close to airport. The host famiiy is amazingly friendly and helpful. Picked me up from airport and dropped me off also for an early departure flight. Stored my suitcase while i went to Tobago for a few days. Highly recommend this place, dont hesitate to book

Andrew’s space is very welcoming. But what I would like to comment on is how accommodating and the way he communicated with my husband and I. We had a few hiccups but he made sure to fix every single one of them in a TIMELY fashion, something I truly admired. HE EVEN SENT US A BOTTLE OF WINE!!! I must say I will recommend him to anyone.

We felt right at home at this property. Very clean, well-organized, spacious, lots of really great food options nearby. We even walked to the savannah some days. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Everything was perfect the stay was perfect. We do see ourselves going back again and stay at the same place. The only down side was the front desk at the lobby area we asked a simple question and she was not very helpful with the respond or answer.

Great place. Will stay there 100% next time. There are some reviews about issues with air-con saying it has to be always turned on and it's cold in the apartment. So, here is the hack: Just turn the temperature to 23 or 24 or 25 degrees or anything you like and it will be auto adjusted and no problem with cold. Just play little bit with thermostat and you will get it right. Absolutely no need to feel cold. Place is amazing.
