The host with the most, Very helpful and responsive to my needs. Always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to help with me trying to organise my day to day activities. There were days when I stayed at home and the place felt like my own home and having Sharon around also helped as we did movie nights and dinner nights together so I was never bored. Thank you soo much for the great experience

Host was great with clear communication, also was flexible with check-in based on our flight arrival time. The area is walkable and had many restaurants and stores pretty close.

Gated community, great location, always felt safe, it was like home away from home, Asher left her entire home for us, highly recommend and would stay again. Not far from the Savannah or the Avenue, rental car or Uber recommend to move around.

Renee is the best host one can ask for. She was attentive, took excellent care of us and made our stay feel so much like being at home that we did not want to leave. She is professional and mature yet friendly, extremely helpful and was very supportive of us and all our needs beyond what I was expecting. Beyond this, everyone else on the compound were helpful, gracious and friendly yet professional. The space itself is perfect:- new, modern design and furnishings, very comfortable and with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, trees and a sense of space that is often hard to find. I highly recommend this spot and Renee as a host for anyone who is looking for exactly what the name says, a perfect, peaceful and private sanctuary.

Really cannot praise Guy enough. He facilitated our late check in and had provided us with some hugely appreciated breakfast provisions (arrived after most stores closed). He was responsive and attentive throughout. Have never had an Airbnb host anticipate guests needs so well or respond so quickly and helpfully. We had no issues, but feel confident he’d have dealt with anything if we had! He’s also a very talented artist but needs to tell his guests before they’re leaving.

Staying here was honestly such a great experience. The house felt like a little home away from home. It was super clean cozy and had everything I needed. Close enough to everything I wanted to see but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. The host was really responsive and helpful to us. They put a lot of thought in our stay!

Check in was great. Damien was at the location upon arrival. He gave clear instructions about the house. There was no need to contact him during the stay. The house looks exactly like the photos. The house and its amenities is definitely worth the price. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Amazing property and host. Very responsive and accommodating to whatever we needed. Felt like home. Conveniently located near the airport, Trincity Mall and more. Transportation to and from events was a major plus! Would highly recommend and absolutely would book again.

I just want to say that Reynold and co-host were extremely understanding, patient and just all round beautiful people. The place was exactly like the pictures. The pool! What a beauty! Felt so relaxing (the deck was my fav spot this short weekend). All in all, if you just want to be away from home and just disconnect, J Flats is the place for you.

After 20 days at this residence, I can confidently say we had a wonderful time and would absolutely return. With family all over Trinidad, this place is centrally located, and it was easy for all. Moreover, despite the State of Emergency, wthis was situated in a bustling yet very safe area. The best part of it all is the VIEW - wow, wow WOW. Watching the city light up from our balcony on New Years Eve was absolutely outstanding. TBH, most of my time in the condo was spent on the balcony, you have to experience it for yourself. The managment team was also extremely helpful and accomodating, our flight came in well before check-in and as i made the request well in advance they were able to meet with us earlier. Now, there were a few minor issues, only 2 to be exact, that required me to contact the property manager and each time, they responded well w/in 10 minutes or less, provided alternative solutions and checked back in to ensure we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend!

Stayed at SirLouisC’s in April 2023, I am Trinidadian and came home for a family event and I needed something centralized to everything that I needed to get done while being in an area easily accessible to good restaurants , dry cleaners and social events. This listing ticked everything on my list I could want to find! The room had more space than a hotel room which made it feel more cozy and it was also easier for someone to visit or when dropping off something. The room also came with a patio are with an amazing view, I sat on the patio some nights and just relaxed and decompressed while enjoying the view. SirLouisC and his team were great when I had requests, first thing they addressed was my request for a late arrival time checkin and then my request to accommodate and alternative checkin procedure , also a little hiccup happened with regards to breaking an access key, him and his team followed up and resolved the problem. Overall a great stay, great home and host. Highly recommend

She made sure we were comfortable and treated us with great respect. We thoroughly enjoyed our first Trinidadian breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! She was quick to respond to our questions and gave us helpful advice throughout our stay. The accommodation was beautiful, and we loved every minute of it. It truly felt like a home away from home. The views were breathtaking, and everything was superb! Would love to come back again, and it was lovely meeting Avianne’s family as well. It is matched the description of the images. Despite our first visit to stay, either SUV or 4x4 car is recommended to drive because of the steep hill road. And there were some missing essential items, Avianne sorted this out immediately, which was much appreciated. She assured our satisfactory requirement to be met. Highly recommend! 🤩

We felt right at home at this property. Very clean, well-organized, spacious, lots of really great food options nearby. We even walked to the savannah some days. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Everything was perfect the stay was perfect. We do see ourselves going back again and stay at the same place. The only down side was the front desk at the lobby area we asked a simple question and she was not very helpful with the respond or answer.

Great place. Will stay there 100% next time. There are some reviews about issues with air-con saying it has to be always turned on and it's cold in the apartment. So, here is the hack: Just turn the temperature to 23 or 24 or 25 degrees or anything you like and it will be auto adjusted and no problem with cold. Just play little bit with thermostat and you will get it right. Absolutely no need to feel cold. Place is amazing.
