In winter, the ski resorts of the Valtellina (Madesimo, Bormio, Chiesa Valmalenco) are less than an hour's drive.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser wunderschönen, modernen Wohnung! Die Lage ist ideal – nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum See und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Ein großes Dankeschön an Simona für ihre freundliche Art und Empfehlungen für die Gegend und an Jordan fürs Koffertragen – das war wirklich sehr aufmerksam. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Ce logement est une pépite !! Nous avons rarement eu un aussi beau cadre tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur ! L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et la vue splendide !! Un vrai havre de paix ! Il faut juste prendre en compte que l'appartement est tout en bas d'une ruelle piétonne et que tout remonter avec les bagages est sport ! Mais franchement ça le vaut !

Jeg og min venninne hadde et fantastisk fint opphold i leiligheten til Arianna! Vi ankom leiligheten til et hyggelig velkomst kort på bordet og i kjøleskapet stod det en kald flaske vann og Prosecco!♥️🙏 Leiligheten er lys og fin, med terrasser vendt både mot øst og vest slik at du alltid finner et sted å sitte ute i skygge eller sol🥰 Beliggenheten er perfekt midt i sentrum med gangavstand til alt du trenger. Bellano er en vakker by som kan anbefales på det sterkeste sammen med et opphold hos Arianna som var en veldig hyggelig, hjelpsom og proaktiv vert! Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake!🌷

We absolutely loved our stay here! We booked a last-minute trip to Lake Como and were so relieved to find this gem. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed—including air con, which was a lifesaver on warmer days. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a coffee, soaking in the peaceful mountain views. The location was ideal—set in a quiet, charming town just 5–10 minutes' walk from the lake and a short drive to Varenna, where we could hop on ferries to explore. Anna and Stefano were incredibly kind and helpful—proactively sharing local tips, resolving a small wifi issue quickly, and even offering to help with rubbish during our stay. The only slight downside was the parking—we thought there was a designated parking space, but all spaces were shared with local businesses / other homes, so could be a bit tricky parking at busy times—but that’s a small thing considering how much we enjoyed everything else. We'd happily stay again!

Schöne, aufgeräumte, gut geschnittene Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, kurze Wege zu allem was man in Dervio selbst unternehmen will. Zum Strand und der Promenade, sowie der Bootsanlegestelle sind es zu Fuss 5 Minuten. Super entspannter Check In und sehr freundlicher Host.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while travelling around the lakes for our honeymoon. The check in was simple, and upon arrival we were blown away by the view. Wow! We arrived on a glorious day and couldn’t wait to get into the lake and lie in the sun. Inside, the house was just as described and equally as beautiful. We were greeted by a fresh arrangements of flowers and a wonderfully stocked fridge which was again perfect after a long day travelling. We walked into the town on a couple of occasions and drove to Lecco on another. All easy and straight forward. We didn’t use the sauna, but it looked clean and easy to use. On our second morning we were treated to fresh croissants left by our car, which were delicious. Especially as lots of places were closed for the bank holiday Monday (republic day). Cinzia’s place was absolutely stunning and did not disappoint us.

Villa Roccia - Terrace Apartment

The space is exactly as described/pictured. It's beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable. Florian was a warm and friendly host who responded immediately to any questions we had. The area feels more local than other areas around Lake Como, which we loved. There are a lot of walkable restaraunts, bars, and beaches, and Florian shared a PDF full of local recomendations for eating and recreation. We had to work a little during our stay, and the space was very accomodating for remote work. My partner and I worked from the two desks and the kitchen table — all were comfortable, and the views were exceptional. There was plenty of storage for clothes, etc. As Americans who are used to A.C., we're always nervous when we travel to places where A.C. isn't the norm, but it was never an issue. Sleeping with the fan on was sufficient. Would stay again and again!
