Apartment holiday rentals in Dervio

This is the second time we've lived in this wonderful apartment. It is a masterpiece in the true sense of the word and is located in the hidden gem of Lake Como in the village of Riuzzenko It's a perfect match to the pictures. The historic village is very quiet and you do not hear the noise of cars because they pass through the tunnel The view is the most amazing ever. We enjoy sitting at the window every day and having breakfast or drinking coffee There's a small beach down there. There is also a wonderful hidden beach nearby There is a small grocery store upstairs with all the basic needs and you will find some local cheeses Alessandro was wonderful, understanding and responsive and gave us useful tips We will definitely always return to where there is beauty, relaxation and tranquility Thank you Alessandro

We had a lovely stay. Debora is a responsive host who was flexible and met our needs. The space was good with a lovely balcony and good kitchen.

The stay was good. The view over the lake is impressive. The center of Dervio is easily accessible via a beautiful path on the lake. Stefano is a great host!

Tiziana and Carlo are truly exceptional hosts - they were extremely welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! The apartment itself is fantastic - it had everything we could need and more, spotlessly clean, a comfy bed and set in a beautiful garden. The location was ideal too - a short walk to the lake, train station and shops. We had a brilliant stay and we can’t recommend it enough!

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Very clean accommodation. Very well located in a peaceful place, close to the train station, the lake and a small shop (convenient). Francesca is always available and has good tips for visits. The terrace is very nice. Excellent stay.

We loved staying at Alma Lake! It was quiet, clean and peaceful. The view was remarkably stunning and the porch-patio area was so nice to hang out on after a long day on lake Como. The apartment is very modern and the air conditioning in the bedroom was a huge plus. Be aware the walk from town to the apartment is uphill and steep. Overall we thought Elisabetta was kind, helpful and a gracious host.

Giulia’s place looks exactly as it does on line. It is clean and the mattresses are comfy. The air conditioning works well. It is conveniently located with great access to ferries which makes getting around Lake Como easy. Giulia is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Bellano is quaint and a bit quieter. It is very easy to navigate. Our family had two great meals there. One at Che Pasta, and one and the other at Malanotte which is very authentic Italian cuisine. For breakfast cappuccino and pistachio croissants are amazing at Bar Testori. Overall we had a great experience.

Words can’t describe how beautiful of a place this is! We spent so much time on the terrace which overlooks the lake. Only a 10 minute walk to town center and ferry. Alessia was such a wonderful host and we would highly recommend staying at her place.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

Antonio and Christian were amazing hosts during our recent stay in Lake Como. Always responsive to messages and the apartment was perfect for a family of 6. Spotless and had everything you need to cook (Antonio even set up the BBQ for us one night!). It felt like a private pool with all the different areas to lie and enjoy the breathtaking views. Apartment is close walking distance into Gravedona for some nice meals out and bars too. They even let some of us check in early and left a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a big birthday, lovely touches. Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back if we get the chance.

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

The host Andrea was really very nice and always helpful. He was quick to respond to messages. I can really only recommend it. Varenna is very easy to reach by bus/shuttle bus. It was as described in the photos :)

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

The place was just as described: good location, clean and very, very spacious. We did our research before reserving Lisa's apartment, so we knew the place was walking distance to some events we had to attend that weekend. Lisa was extremely helpful, patient with us (we changed arrival time last minute) and flexible. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and so was the kitchen. Very spacious and with really high ceilings. It all went very smooth during our stay. A great asset to Airbnb.

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!
