Waterfront holiday rentals in Denver

We loved Diane's place so much it was hard to leave! The rushing creek was beautiful and we could hear its peaceful sound going to sleep, waking up & all day. The private beach along the creek was a special place to sit and read, work or talk on the phone. The short dirt road was flat/smooth so getting in & out and parking were super easy. The paved path along the creek to Pear St. picked up right there and the ~20 minute walk to town along the creek was also easy and very pretty. You can walk or run straight from the place to quickly be on trails up to Mount Sanitas or Anemone Peak & Red rocks which I did on back-to-back days. The place was clean and had what we needed including a grill so we were able to cook dinner there one night. Diane was fast and helpful with communication. We will definitely stay there again!

We loved staying at Bronwyn's place. It was very clean, spacious, and she was so kind to let us check-in early. She communicated with us throughout our stay. I would recommend her Airbnb to everyone.

The value for us was in the location. Right next to the path along the creek in downtown. The unit itself was clean & met expectations. The owners even got us in early which was greatly appreciated. We love Golden & recommend this rental.

This stay was a relaxing and beautiful experience. It had gorgeous views, a friendly host (and many friendly, animal support hosts), and quick access to all of the amazing attractions around Boulder. A great local market (Niwot Market) for groceries and prepared food. The space was clean, spacious, and had great lighting with picturesque views from walls of windows. The architecture resembles the nearby mountain and the furnishings are high end- the sofa was a dream! We enjoyed Pearl Street Mall and Fritz Family Brewers too. Would love to stay again!

Location! Location! The apartment is in an ideal location to all the walkable shops downtown Golden. Plus it is comfortable, clean, cozy, and has a beautiful garden, private patio, and all the amenities you’d want away from home. I hope to stay here again.

This was our first time using an Airbnb and it was a great place to stay. There were four of us staying here. This was in the basement of a home, but it was very comfortable and felt private. The bed was comfy and there were many basic amenities which was very much appreciated. There were games for entertainment and a television with an over abundance of channels. The steps however were a little steep, which made it somewhat hard for my 80 yr old husband to use. Barbara has done a wonderful job in setting up this little apartment. Definitely worth the money for the stay. Thank you Barbara!

location was the best. house comfortable with a great kitchen to cook in, however loads of restaurants within walking distance. during our stay the temperature was in the 90...hot but we had many fans to help the ac along

Large awesome house with a lot of amenities surrounded by a rushing creek in a gorgeous mountain scenery. The hosts were very accommodating and always responded to questions promptly. The house was well stocked with supplies and appliances. Super large game room with lots of games and activities for kids.

I booked this house for my bachelor party and it ended up being the perfect spot for us. Not only is the house itself a great size and location, the amenities send it over the top. Over the course of the weekend my crew and I used all the different fun amenities in the basement and garage which provided hours of entertainment for us. Mycah, the host, was not only extremely helpful and responsive but was also proactive with tips and recommendations. Overall this was such a fantastic place to stay. Lots of beds, bathrooms, and fun things to do. Highly recommend this spot!

The home itself is stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every room felt warm and welcoming, and the views from every window were like something out of a postcard. The owners went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. They were always quick to respond, incredibly kind, and made us feel truly cared for from beginning to end. The lake was pure magic — we experienced the best trout fishing of our lives from the beautiful canoe! We’ll never forget our time here. If you book this place, it’ll be the best stay of your life!

We had a very relaxing stay! This was a really lovely and private location, and only 10 minutes into town if we wanted a meal out. We loved spending time by the creek and hammocking in the big shady yard. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic! Thanks so much to Bill for being so friendly and helpful! The nearby train was cool, but it does come through at night occasionally so do keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper ;)

The Farm House was amazing!! Beautiful place - Exactly as pictured and described. Preston was a wonderful host and we were greeted with such a thoughtful welcome basket. The place was pristine and the surrounding mountains and the little mountain lake made for a peaceful and relaxing time. Preston has kayaks for the lake and a ton of local recommendations. He was very responsive to all of my questions. The house was amazingly furnished and decorated - All appliances are top of the line. Preston left nothing to chance and he also made certain we had plenty of coffee and teas with multiple ways to prepare them! If you are looking for serene atmosphere, a relaxing location and just outside Denver in the mountains - Then The Farm House should be your destination!! Thank you Preston for a wonderful stay!!
