Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Denver

Everything about our stay was amazing. We loved the location and felt super safe. Their property was peaceful and quiet, even with the wildlife and children around! Roscoe welcomed me every time we came and went and that made me happy as well!

My family and I booked Billy’s house for my college graduation and it was better than we could have imagined! The house felt like home even though we only stayed 2 nights. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might need. Billy was very accommodating and kind during our booking process and throughout the time we stayed. There is a cute back yard and the house is steps away from City Park which is very beautiful and has so much to offer. I’d recommend Billy’s home without hesitation to anyone visiting the area!

Nice place for one person or a couple looking to explore Denver. Parking is easy and the place is cozy. The yard is nice too. I had coffee on the front patio a couple times. Some people in the comments have mentioned the neighborhood is sketchy but I didn't get that vibe at all. It seemed safe to me. The only drawback is the kitchenette instead of a kitchen, but it was sufficient to make a simple breakfast in the morning and then eat out for the remainder of my vacation.

This place was just like the photos! It’s close to the airport though so keep that in mind if you are needing to Uber into downtown Denver, it was about $50-70 bucks. The massage chair is amazing! We all took turns getting in there. It’s super cute inside and a very nice neighborhood. The two car garage is a plus !

Loved this Airbnb. It was cozy and provided nice amenities. The check in process was incredibly easy and smooth. However, I would recommend checking in earlier in the day because it is somewhat difficult to locate in the dark. The hosts were incredibly responsive and answered any questions I asked. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, which was great because we had our corgi with us. I would not recommend this property for someone with a dog much larger than a corgi because space is limited. The hosts provided clear expectations and instructions for check out. They also gave a quick run down of things to do in the area. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Such a clean place. It was perfect for a short trip to Denver to go to the zoo. We were able to walk there in 18 minutes. The only down side is the stairs leading to the front door. It was hard to carry the stroller, luggage and whatever else we needed to carry. But, still very doable! Would 100% stay there again. Thank you!!

Great location and lots of amenities. Could get a little noisy since the host live upstairs overall the experience was great.

This house is in a perfect location for us to visit our daughter’s family. Nice outside spaces to enjoy. So well stocked too. Krista is super responsive and proactive. So many pros. We love the spacious master bedroom although we did share our concerns regarding a very very low bed (which may be fine for some) and mattress that was particularly sinkable at the edges. She did mention she’d consider changing mattresses around if we needed for a future stay. We had a3 different visitors who all raved about the house, amenities , and how well decorated and clean it was. This was our second stay and we would definitely rent again. A real find in this area of Denver.

Needed a place to stay in Denver, and I came across Daphne’s place. I absolutely enjoyed and loved it! The place felt comfortable and like I was home. Daphne was also very communicative and helpful. I would definitely go here again if I visit Denver again. Thank you Daphne for letting me stay at your place!!

Couldn’t have asked for better. This was a safe, comfortable, and convenient home away from home for my 73 and 77 year old parents. They loved the extras Craig tucked away for breakfast/snacks in the fridge and drawer and each appreciated greeting the morning on the attached back deck. Craig was available, friendly, and communicative from start to finish. And my goodness is it a great location. I live two blocks away so know very well how easy it is to walk a few minutes to the park, a few different groceries, and good restaurants. Thanks to their positive experience in the Botanic Room, my folks are excited to come back to Denver. Hooray!

We had an amazing time. This place was absolutely fantastic, plenty of space and natural lighting. The private garden area was a big plus. Close to many Denver attractions. We will def stay here again!

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

OK I am automatically in love with any house that has lions in the front - lol - but seriously, Hanna's place is something special. The bnb is around back and downstairs, and there are other units but everything was super quiet and cozy. The space has that very cool historic feel, with exposed brick and a really stylish combination of vintage and modern decor. You can feel/imagine the history but the kitchen/bath have been updated so you get the best of both worlds. Everything I needed (albeit a short stay) was available and the furnishings were super comfy. I wish I could have stayed longer! Hanna was a wonderful host, communicative from the start with clear instructions about where to go and how there were 2 codes for the 2 doors, to make sure in advance that I didn't run into any confusion. I had the pleasure of meeting her and her husband in-person on my way out, and just can't say enough lovely things about them or the stay in general. Thanks so much!

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

An amazing stay! The place was super clean and cute — just like the photos. Diana was nothing but kind and super communicative and fun to talk to. A lovely hour and I loved the proximity to so many places.

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

Gina with Skyline Hotels was by far the best experience I've had with AirBnb. She was always there at the click of a button and she made sure we had everything we needed in the place for this trip. Place was super clean, spacious and prime location. Would 10/10 book this loft again STE400.

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.

The place was just like the pictures, modern, clean, great space. Balcony was even better than we thought it would be :)! Clear instructions with great information about the local area. Very responsive with any questions we had. Overall we would love to stay again, next time we're in town!!

Fantastic location, five minute walk to Coors Field as well as just about all of the good restaurants. it’s quiet, spacious and has an incredible view of downtown & mile high stadium. Great helpful staff in the building. Just was on top of everything!!!
