A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Inmejorable. La casa está literalmente en la playa. Una zona muy tranquila, limpia y agradable. Lo recomiendo sin dudar

Describir este alojamiento en una palabra sería espectacular, la mejor vista que hemos tenido de todos los sitios que hemos estado, el piso es más bonito de lo que se ve en fotos y las vistas es el plus, además Alex es un excelente anfitrión, atento y siempre con disposición, me encantaría volver a este apartamento, nuevamente muchas gracias AleX por la experiencia y confiarnos tu piso.

A gorgeous place, with beautiful views looking over the bay. Nice walks around the area, restaurants in walking distance but felt private and relaxed, a lovely choice of beeches. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and really hope to return!

I looooove Ricardo Bofill, finally visiting "La Muralla Roja" was a dream come true, seeing his work up close in Calpe only deepened my appreciation for his genius. The building is truly one of a kind, walking through it feels like exploring a living sculpture, with bold colors, sharp geometry, and unexpected perspectives at every turn. It’s a visual and spatial experience that plays beautifully with light and shadow. What really took me by surprise, though, was the stunning natural setting. Calpe offers the perfect balance of sea and mountains, and the views from around the complex are breathtaking. A tip for future visitors: definitely rent a car. The terrain is hilly, and unless you're ready for a lot of climbing, having your own wheels will make exploring much easier. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip that I'd recommend to any design lover or nature enthusiast.

Raul was een prima host, die snel reageerde op onze vragen. Het appartement voldeed precies aan onze wensen en kwam overeen met de foto's en beschrijving van de advertentie. Op loopafstand van een aantal restaurants en een kleine supermarkt. Het strand op 100 meter. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en komen graag nog eens terug. Een aanrader!

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist, das sie einem wirklich den Eindruck vermittelt zu Hause zu sein, vermutlich weil es auch ein zweites Zuhause des Besitzers ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde sogar an Geschirr und Besteck für unser Kind gedacht. Es war alles da was man braucht und war blitzsauber. Danke!

Acabo de llegar de este precioso apartamento en el que he pasado un fin de semana con una amiga. Ubicado de forma inmejorable si deseas tranquilidad ( aunque Denia está a 8 minutos ) y con todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en casa. Salida directa a la playa desde la pequeña y familiar urbanización, que tb dispone de una limpia y bonita piscina de agua salada. Restaurantes y supermercado muy cerquita . Jordi siempre atento, muchas gracias por todo. Sin duda un lugar para disfrutar y repetir.

Ruim en fraai huis met prachtige uitzichten. Luxe, voorzien van slle gemakken en de lift naar boven is een prima oplossing voor degenen, die slecht ter been zijn.

Ha sido un placer estar alojados en el alojamiento de Vicente. Es maravilloso, lo bien ubicado que está en primera línea de playa y las vistas al mar que tiene son fantásticas. Desde el primer momento ha estado disponible para ayudarnos en todo lo que hemos necesitado. Agradecer enormemente los detalles de jabones inclusive para los bebés, pastillas de lavavajillas y todo lo necesario para las cosas básicas del día a día. Fue súper amable al dejarnos salir a última hora de la tarde. Sin duda, un SUPERANFITRION.

Très joli logement comme la description. Très bonne literie. Merci à Nicole qui nous a accueillis. La plage toute proche dommage qu'il y ait souvent des posidonies. Mais ça ne nous a pas empêcher de nous baigner un peu plus loin. Nous avons passés 5 semaines dans l'appartement de Ilka et nous la remercions. A recommander.

Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

Absolutely amazing home! Great for a vacation, working remotely or cycling training. Spacious and conveniently located, yet peaceful and private. Fast wifi and very clean.

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Wurden sofort herzlich empfangen und alles wurde erklärt. Super schöne Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Alles sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Check in und Check out waren problemlos. Wir bekamen sogar Tipps wo wir essen gehen können. Ausstattung war perfekt. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Besitzerin hat uns auch zur Ankunft Snacks und Getränke besorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Die Unterkunft war einfach super! Sie sah noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Alles war vorbereitet und sauber zu unserer Ankunft. Der Pool und die Outdoorküche sind ein richtiges Highlight. Das Meer ist in 2 min zu erreichen, und an der Promenade gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Malins Haushälter war immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Für Gruppen perfekt, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. Great balcony and amenities within the apartment made for a very nice stay for the month of May. You do need a car and, as the advert says there are quite a lot of steps to access the apartment. Nuria is an excellent host and is very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended, we will be back!

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend
