Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Delavan Lake

Amazing place. I went with a couple of my friends and we ALL loved this home. There was a lot of things to do/explore inside the house, such as chess, a downstairs gym, and the amazingly huge hot tub. All the rooms and bathrooms are clean and there are plenty of towels to use. I hope to come back to this place another time in the future. Thank you for the amazing stay, Deb!

This was a great spot! The lake is nice and very natural. The house was even better than described and portrayed in the photos, which is rare to find! We were thrilled with our stay, the quality and details of the home, and the activities and games included for the whole family.

A wonderful home that was well appointed, clean & a great location! We hosted Easter here with my adult Kids and grandson. We all enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and all the wildlife-many deer and even a coyote! So much room and a great layout for us to enjoy the home together!

Amanda is the best host I’ve ever had, she is so friendly and responsive. Her kitchen was fully equipped, she gave us the option of having firewood delivered, the place is absolutely beautiful, you walk down some stairs to get to the beach. A group of 8 moms went there for a weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

We went there for a wedding. There were 3 couples. We had ample space to accommodate us all. Back yard was nice with seating area and lights. We took advantage of the hot tub. The living room and kitchen are a little smaller than the pictures. Coffee machine is not a keurig but does take regular ground coffee. Air conditioning worked great. Beds were comfortable. Both Bathrooms have nice showers and vanities. Laundry room spacious. Hosts accommodated an earlier check in. Great location, only a couple of miles from downtown and grocery stores etc. The neighborhood does have some run down houses nearby but once you are in the house and the back yard you would never know. Ping pong table in garage is cool. Overall good place as advertised.

House was great and matches the description and photos. House is spacious, good for a group of 6-7 people and private from other neighbors. It’s also less than 10 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. It is an ideal house if you are looking for a quiet weekend retreat, close to the areas activities. In addition, the host is responsive and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay with you all!

This house was perfect for our group! There were plenty of beds for all of us, plenty of extra air mattresses to use and tons of extra linens and towels. The rooms were clean and cozy. The living space was warm and inviting and the kitchen was STOCKED with anything we could have needed! The house was clean and ready for us - even a little earlier than planned! Jeff was a fabulous host to work with. From the day we reached out to inquire about the property, he was responsive, friendly and helpful. The highlight of our weekend was spending the beautiful sunny day outside - looking at the water and relaxing with friends. There was plenty of comfortable seating outside - including a fire pit that we used to make s’mores one evening. Some of us took out the canoe and enjoyed our time on the beautiful lake. Our group lives about 50 mins away and we truly felt like we were far from home on vacation! I highly recommend this property and would definitely work with Jeff again in the future!

Used for 4 nights for 7 family members family get-together (need to plan and book on ad-hoc basis). Each and Every member insisted me to provide 5 overall rating. My Daughters of age 13 and 10 also mentioned that they are going to highly recommend to friends once school re-open after ongoing summer vacation. I was pleasantly surprised when staying here. The place was more modern than I expected which was great. We had 6 girls split between the two rooms and it worked out great. The tub in the bigger room was a huge hit. The grand Geneva resort itself is great, the trolley system is wonderful. The leavetown vacation company was so receptive to my questions before my check in. I would gladly stay at one of their properties again.

The Ravine's Outlandia was amazing from start to finish. Beautiful home and they paid attention to the fine details. Will definitely consider booking this perfect location again!

Wonderful time at this quiet safe and clean location. Bed and pillows very comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Loved the large sectional sofa and area. Bathrooms had toiletries provided in each of them. Water pressure in all showers were great. Kitchen area provided enough room to prepare and serve a group of 10 women. Kitchen table was large enough for all of us to sit and enjoy meals, games and other activities. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable and accommodating for group. Kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets were clean and ready to use. Great pier to get in and out of the water. Last comment the Pickleball court was spectacular and seating and places to put your water bottles were great. Definitely would recommed and would come back again in the future.

Loved Nadia’s place. Perfect location for golf courses in the area. The deck, backyard, and hot tub area are perfect for a group to hang out.

I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! Our group of 9 loved staying in this private, spacious lodge over Memorial Day weekend. A short 20 minute drive from Lake Geneva and only 5 minutes away from town, you can't find this kind of privacy and charm anywhere else. Check in/check out was seamless, and we were delighted by our host leaving us snacks, pancake mix, and coffee to enjoy. We enjoyed many beach volleyball games and bonfires, and the hot tub was an added bonus! Yecenia was friendly and responsive, and even dropped off an Apple TV console when our WiFi connection was unstable. Our large group never felt crowded in the space. I would absolutely book again!

Our (my daughter and I) visit at the Cozy Cardinal was enjoyable. Communication with Amy was excellent. We received excellent instructions on check-in and check-out. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed stocked appropriately with items one would need. The bathroom was very small… especially the shower. It served its’ purpose, however if my other daughter had been on this trip, I don’t think she would have been able to shower! She is very tall. Ample towels and accessories were provided which was very appreciated. The AC kept the place nice and cool. The TV was great providing options. We were able to see so many birds, squirrels, deer and the occasional wild turkey! We did not use the hot tub, but I’m sure it would have been a lovely addition. Amy was also kind enough to allow my daughter to bring her two small dogs.

the place is great in the house there is quite a bit to do and the owners left a binder explaining a few things and with recommendations for restaurants and activities to do while there. the only problem that occurred what when first looking for the property it's fairly easy to miss both me my girlfriend and a pizza driver completely Missed it the first time around but once you know what your looking for it's easy to find. highly recommend if you get rained in like we did highly recommend watching the movies they have in the chest/coffee table. and the final compliment I can give is the place is well stocked with cookware and plates unlike most bnbs I've been to.

The Hideaway in Delavan was everything an Airbnb should aspire to be. Squeaky clean, beautiful space, lots of amenities, and lots of small touches from the host that showed they were going the extra mile. Five stars, no complaints, would absolutely rent again.
