Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Enjoy coffee or tea on the porch and relax in the spacious backyard with Hot tub, grill and fire pit. Beach is 0.7mi walk. Kitchen is fully equipped, including blender, Keurig, espresso maker, and more. Local attractions include Music by the Lake, Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy, Yerkes Observatory, and more Baby gate provided.

It has 2 bedrooms (1 king- 1st and 1 queen -2nd) 2 full bathrooms, 2 common areas with sleepers (queens with gel memory foam mattresses), and a kitchenette, to accommodate 8. The décor is tasteful, bright, and airy. Licensed and approved by the city, our comfortable home is within steps of downtown restaurants, bars, shopping, boat rentals, and the beach!

Relax and have fun with the family and friends at this unique getaway! We are situated directly on the lakefront with private access to our pier where you can enjoy world class sunset views. Jump in and go swimming, roast s'mores over a campfire right next to the water, grill up some burgers on the spacious deck or get some rest in our luxurious suites in this newly renovated (June 2021) home.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This cute 2 bedroom cottage is located at Turtle Beach Marina. Enjoy the beach on Channel Lake. Rent a boat, Kayak, and enjoy summer drinks at the beach bar. Perfect mini getaway! (Beach bar is open Thursday through Sunday until the first weekend in October).
