Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! We had a great stay. The residence was beautiful and came with everything we needed. Our 4 and 1 year old enjoyed the toys provided. The pool was private and relaxing. Neighborhood very quiet with kind neighbors. Thank you for everything ❤️

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

We had such a great time staying at Michael’s place! Our five teenagers were never bored with all of the fun amenities! The kids had a great time with the karaoke machine, arcade games and outdoor area! My husband and I love coffee, so we really appreciated the coffee bar and supplies that were provided. The house was beautiful and Michael was extremely responsive. We would stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Spacious dining area, bonus Florida room AND a separate screened in patio. Plenty of room to entertain, hangout and relax! The house is updated with a retro vibe that I really liked. Stocked Keurig coffee bar in the modernized retro themed kitchen was very nice. Guest bathroom is very nice and spacious but the master bath is a little cramped for a bigger guy like myself but still very nice. 5/5 stars, I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at joes place was great, very quiet place with fully fenced in yard for your pups, highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

Nicole’s place was perfect! We had a great stay there, and would come back again! The location was great as well. Walking distance from downtown:)

Just stayed at The Lemon Cottage for my daughter’s birthday getaway. Prior to our arrival I reached out to Mrs. Debbie to ask her if she could decorate the cottage before we arrived to surprise the birthday girl. Mrs. Debbie far exceeded my expectations especially considering she did not have to do what I asked of her. She truly made the arrival of our girl’s weekend magical. The cottage was beautiful, and had everything you would need for a stay minus the food and extras you bring. The kids also enjoyed the snack basket that was at the cottage. Debbie was very responsive to any questions we had. Would 10/10 recommend staying in this beautiful home. Thank you so much Mrs. Debbie for your great hospitality and making my girl’s birthday extra special.

My family loved this home! Great location between Daytona and Orlando. Lots of space for two adults and three kids. We all enjoyed the outdoor area, very beautiful place. We all felt right at home!

This place was perfect for any length of stay. So many rooms and comfortable beds. It was clean and well stocked. The host was super responsive and amazing! Highly recommend for work or play.

This place was really special. We came for Mother’s Day weekend and really loved Sarah’s place to relax and unwind. We went kayaking in a nearby spring and the next day we took a little drive to Mt Dora to do some shopping and get lunch. I couldn’t wait to get back to the house both times. I just wanted to sit with a cup of coffee looking out at the lake! Cooking in the kitchen is lovely. The view from the kitchen is breathtaking and it’s so functional and well stocked! We felt the beds were comfortable. The place charmingly decorated with so many details! The showers were HOT with great water pressure. The bathrooms were pretty big too. A little ways off the dock there’s an old (non functioning) light tower that now serves as a perch for a hawks nest! We loved spying on them with our binoculars. We saw lots of alligators too and really enjoyed watching one of them catch and enjoy a fish. Sarah was always available to answer questions. I have a feeling we’ll be back!!

Gorgeous home! Very private. Had everything we needed and more! Coffee bar was much appreciated and snacks! Hosted my grandmothers 95th birthday party here, there was plenty of seating inside and outside. Gorgeous elegant setting.

we pull a boat down from north georgia for a weekend on the lake and exploring the local springs and this house was in a perfect location to do so. there was a boat ramp a few hundred feet away, the driveway had plenty of room for us to get the vehicle and boat in the driveway with power and water in the driveway as well for spraying off the boat and charging batteries. we enjoyed feeding the all squirrels and raccoons that liked to visit the porch. we were able to catch some catfish off the dock and spot a couple gators. house was clean and tidy and had eveything we needed. we’re already discussing on when we can make a second trip.

Nice and clean, tastefully decorated and furnished. It was such a nice stay that I recommended my daughter stay for several days while she had some repairs at her house.

I spent my birthday weekend here & let’s just say i’m coming back each birthday . This house had great amenities & really cool spots all around the house that keeps you busy like the pool & the sitting area that we just g make snores. Great host & great stay !

We had a wonderful time. The house is so charming, really felt like I was visiting my grandparents. Plenty of room for our group of 7 (3 couples and a friend). The split floor plan gave everyone their privacy. It’s a short drive into town, but still very relaxing and secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando area. Lots of wildlife and nearby farm animals to see! Laurie was very kind and responsive. This is definitely not an uppity luxury hotel, but it’s got a lot of heart. So if you’re looking for a laid back accommodation for a big group, drenched in Florida history, don’t hesitate to book!
