Location was the best, only few houses down to the steps to the beach. Endless ocean view from kitchen all the way out to the patio. And yes Dolphin sittings every day. My 3 year old loved it. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. One thing to note (must be able to walk up stairs to get to unit)

Loved our staycation at this adorable beach house! Location could not have been better - just a couple blocks from beach access and also super close to restaurants, shops and bars. The house is very cute and was just the right size for our little family of four. The kitchen is well stocked including a French press and keurig. It was also nice having both a front and back yard. Our dog and toddler both thoroughly enjoyed this protected outdoor space. Hosts are also fantastic and were incredibly responsive and generous, including when we embarrassingly locked ourselves out of the house. Highly recommend and would book again!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Tamaras listing was exactly like her pictures for a first timer In san diego the location was so beautiful and peaceful right off the beach exactly what I needed for a mini vacation I loved that it had its own little cozy balcony, and rooftop grill/ fire pit overlooking the view of imperial Beach there was so much to do in walking distance you couldn't beat the price for this place would definitely recommend and the host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions we had no matter the time if day thank you for making my stay worth it !

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

We initially planned to stay in Leucadia for a week but decided to extend our stay for a full second week because we loved this place so much. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked to the Beacons beach to surf every day and had our pick of all the best restaurants on the 101 (highly recommend Birdseye Kitchen). The house itself is cozy and surprisingly private for a place on the 101. It helped to have laundry on site and Chris was responsive throughout our visit. The house isn't as well stocked as a lot of air bnbs (no wine glasses, coffee, ice cube trays, etc.) but you will probably want to eat out most of your stay anyway because there are so many great places within walking distance. We definitely plan to come back and highly recommend this charming little nook in Leucadia! Excellent cost for value.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Our family had a wonderful vacation to start the summer off! This location is remarkable - walkable to the beach, restaurants, etc. The home itself is wonderful as well - everything you want is there! This was our first time in Carlsbad and will definitely be back!

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

Place was wonderful. Check in was ok. Directions was confusing around the place and map was not to helpful at all. Steven was great w/ communication.

the location of this property is magnificent, Just being able to hear the waves at night was soothing . Worth every dollar I say ! , Walking distance to the harbor and pier, assigned parking,The beach is very close , My family enjoyed Oceanside and the property, clean and spacious. Restaurants and shops throughout our walks on the beach , would highly recommend.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

Chris did a great job making sure we were able to enter and we were happy. The place was spotless, newly renovated with the latest designs and literally right on the beach and boardwalk with incredible views! I highly recommend the home and PB in general!!

This spotlessly clean condo has an amazing view of the ocean. You see 180 degree ocean view, and have beach access from the bluffs, if you don’t mind the stairway. (We didn’t.) The host was very helpful and flexible. It’s remarkable to hear the surf from your condo.

Love sand pebbles! We’ve been staying at these condos for years. They have definitely updated some amenities…. Ex: ceiling fans, extra fans in the closet, updated showers, and the property is always so clean. We love it here!

We've just returned from a 3 week stay at this beachfront condo with many happy memories. Kirsty is an amazing host and responded to our many questions within minutes. The condo is exactly as described, bright, clean, comfortably-appointed and with elevated panoramic views of the beach. We spent many afternoons/evenings sitting on the balcony watching the waves, surfers and sunset with easy access to the massive fridge-freezer with "cold refreshments" and ice cream. The complex is well-maintained and the long-term residents take pride picking-up any litter and tidying the communal areas, in advance of the maintenance team. The main pool is heated and quiet, though there are often BBQs in the late afternoon/early evening. The condo is ideally located at the north end of Solano Beach close to the inlet with Del Mar. It's an easy walk to the shops and the Bangkok Bay restaurant, which we also highly recommend, is only one block away. We are looking at dates to return next year :-)

Our stay was delightful. We left relaxed and refreshed. Each morning we awakened to the sounds of crashing waves and expansive ocean views. The home is cozy and comfortable as is the back patio that was perfect for meals, soaking up the sun and evening chats. The morning tide pools were great to explore and we spent a lot of time walking the beach. It was a fabulous beach weekend for our party of six adults. I also want to commend the property management team on their excellent communication. Instructions were clear and they were immediately responsive to our needs. Really glad to have enjoyed this home and looking forward to visiting again soon.

We had a super time - the house is very clean with generous amenities and lots of towels. Very well Organised and a great location. Lauren our host was very responsive and made recommendations for local places to visit and eat.

Dan & Britt are very gracious hosts! They were proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we were comfortable and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Their Airbnb was better than the photos and my family and I absolutely loved the views it offered as well as the neighborhood of Oceanside. The house itself was very spacious and clean. We had a chance to truly decompress for a couple of days! I would highly recommend a stay here and we plan on going back.

This place was better than we were expecting. Perfect spot over the beach. Watching sunsets, sealions, dolphins and birds right from the patio. The patios are fairly private concidering your beside each other. This unit is nice because you can see all the way up the beach. We usually stay away from condos due to noise from other people but this condo was quiet, even though we had people above and beside we barely heard anyone due to the concrete floors. Nice pool, and hot tub. We didn't really use the tennis or basketball courts. Everything inside and outside was clean and well kept. Best thing was the view, 2nd best thing was this unit is actually a well stocked air bnb. There was plenty of dishes, kitchen ware, uten toiletries, soap etc Easy 4min walk to beach and 6min walk to restaurants, coffee shops etc. And the beach and neighborhood seem fairly classy and family friendly. Wyatt was very fast to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again
