Kid-friendly holiday rentals in DeKalb County

The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The apartment was meticulously clean and orderly. There are plenty of toys for any children and nice gym equipment for those who like to work out. There is a coffee bar, microwave, and small refrigerator for keeping snacks and leftovers from restaurants. Overall, it was a good experience.

we needed to check in early because we were staying in a hotel and check out time was noon and James bio said that you cannot check in before 3:00 so I emailed him and explained the situation and he graciously responded in the timely fashion he was able to allow us to check in early He's super friendly very helpful I would totally recommend his place.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was cozy, clean, and so bright. I was very surprised at how close it truly is to shops in Decatur and Atlanta itself, a wonderful central location if you don’t want to drive much and are looking to explore! Highly recommend and will be back again!

We had a few run ins with a few critters but nothing too major that ruined the stay, the house initial was still very clean and cozy!

Andrew and Phoebe's place was perfect for our short stay in Atlanta. Located on a quiet street with a picturesque backyard, the apartment was even nicer in person than in the photos. Super clean, comfortable bed, and luxurious bathroom. The hosts were very responsive, even when we needed a little assistance with the keypad at check in. The only drawback was that there didn't seem to be much of a sound barrier between the unit below us, and the sound of young kids playing loudly woke us up both mornings. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Veronica’s apartment was extremely clean, and located in a safe and quiet location. It’s an easy commute to downtown Decatur. We’d stay again.

Decatur is one of the nicest locales in the Atlanta area and Bruce's place is virtually in the middle of it. Its actual appearance is much like the photos. We liked, especially, its bright appearance afforded by the skylights and clerestory windows. Other strengths were its advanced HVAC system, a lovely back porch, its privacy and quiet.

the place was beautiful and it was perfect and more than enough room for me. the neighborhood was great, i asked a girl i’ve been talking to be my girlfriend here and it was just perfect

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

Juan was like family ,he was very punctual,very responsive ,the place ,was peaceful and private .

This comfortably humble and well appointed, very tidy touch-down space was perfect for a weekend of places to go and things to do. The front porch with rocking chairs was the best unexpected part-very nice porch. Place was spotless. We’ll definitely want to rebook for our next Atlanta trip. Thank you guys for a perfect stay.

Was a wonderful stay everything was perfect and David a Jayne was very responsive if I had any questions.

Let me start this place was absolutely beautiful!! I have stayed in many bnb but Ive never been in one so setup I literally felt like I was at a relative guest house it was equipped with everything literally on down to deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush in case you forgot your own. I traveled with my in-laws and they have knee problems she went as far as to send a a picture where they can access the apartment without the couple steps. While we were there we accidentally broke a couple dishes offered to pay she turned it saying accidents happens I forgot to mention the games, the snacks and a cabinet full of seasonings to cook. Oh yeah we was looking for something to do she has a notebook full food and activity places if you’re looking at this place don’t hesitate to book her response time was almost immediately every time

Very good host and amazing place.

Self Check-in was easy and connection to the WIFI was fast and reliable. Kitchen fully equipped and included a 12-cup drip coffee maker, toaster, and air-fryer. Loved the natural sky-lighting in the kitchen and the rain-shower in the bathroom! Quiet area close to local attractions and shopping. Walmart and Dunkin Donuts just down the street. 5-stars.

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was immaculate, stylish, and located in a lively, entertaining part of town—perfect for exploring and enjoying the area. Garrett was an excellent host and responded quickly when we had a question, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
