I loved everything about this place. It looks exactly like the pictures. There were clear instructions along with pictures of how to get inside of the building and parking lot. I would absolutely book this place again. James, your communication style was awesome. Thank you!!

This place was perfect for us! We had a concert to attend at the Coca Cola Roxy and this home was an easy 6 minute walk to the venue! They left very clear instructions (that I may have overlooked for some information) but were very friendly when I messaged them for clarification. Their response time is the best I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. Mostly getting back to us in under 20 minutes. The place was well kept and had plenty of glasses and kitchen equipment if needed. We didn’t get a chance to visit the lake behind the place since it rained most of the time we stayed but it was stunning enough that we were able to keep the curtains drawn to enjoy the view. For the most part the neighborhood was quiet and made it a wonderful stay. When we make it back out to Atlanta this place will be first on my list!!

Perfect for Braves getaway! Easy walk to the Battery. No time wasted pre and postgame fighting traffic and parking. Stayed 2 nights, saw 2 games. If you’re coming in from out of town, this is ideal for a family or group of friends! There is a community charcoal grill near pool! We had 2 upstairs and plenty of room downstairs for 2 air mattresses. Worked great! Plan to come back! King was very responsive when we had a question. If you’re with a group of coffee drinkers, bring k-cups and additional mugs. Sprouts grocery very near if you need anything!

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

Location was outside of the busier parts of Atlanta but easy to drive to restaurants and shops close by. Would stay here again!

Great place, stayed for a braves game. It was a short walk to the stadium and not having to worry about parking and traffic was a plus. Would stay again there was great feedback and response and instructions on check in/check out.

Remarkable location very clean quiet and the neighbor Ms. Mary, it was such a pleasure to meet and chat with her daily. Most definitely will stay here again

Araceli was incredibly responsive and a wonderful host. The place was clean, comfortable, and ideally located to enjoy everything Snellville, GA has to offer. It felt like a home away from home. I would stay here again if I were in the area!

Spent a relaxing Memorial Day weekend fishing off the pier directly behind the house on Lake Lucerne. The house was lovely, beds comfortable, spaces very roomy. Enjoyed peaceful mornings, taking my coffee out to the enclosed back porch and watching the birds and woodland creatures in the back yard. We visited the Yellow River Nature Preserve a couple short blocks away. Also hiked around Stone Mountain, a short drive away. City Farmers Market is a great nearby grocery store for all your supplies. Overall, a lovely peaceful space, excellent host, great location.

Good location , quiet and peaceful neighborhood , nice spacious outdoor patio/deck with a views of the lake . Kitchen and master bedroom also have a great views of the lake .

My partner and I stayed at this cozy home for the enter month of December. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and were very impressed by Chassity’s responsiveness and hospitality. We loved the backyard and fire pit and outdoor dining on the days with nice weather. We loved walking the dog around the peaceful lake. The neighbors were very friendly. I was able to work remotely without issues thanks to the solid internet, comfy work chair, and desk. Thanks to Chassity we were even able to decorate the home for the holidays. By far this is one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Five stars!

This home is located in a quiet area. Very spacious. We were comfortable in the home and able to maintain a family atmosphere. A bottle of wine was our arrival gift(nice touch). Plenty of towels. Host was easy to reach the entire time. The home is within 8 mins of shopping. I would love to be able to return here on a future vacation

Fantastic place! The place is a full-on 2 bedroom 1 3/4 bath apartment with woods & a creek for a backyard. We were surprised that it came stocked with "bath bombs" that the kids loved along with an Nespresso machine and pods that was foreign to us (we tried it once then did our regular coffee thing-lol). Fantastic hosts! Krom & Cheryl were attentive and concerned about the quality of our stay from the onset. From our initial introduction from the back decks (they were upstairs from us) to the last night we stayed and played Cribbage with them on their front patio, they offered advice for sites to visit and restaurants for dining during the week we stayed. Any return trip to Atlanta (from our Madison WI) will involve a stay with them. Thank you for allowing our family to be so welcomed.

Emily and Tyler were great host's! Extremely responsive and I needed to add an additional day to my day and they were very accommodating and improved it in a very timely manner. I’ll definitely rent their Airbnb in the future whenever I come back home to Atlanta to visit.
