Great place as described in the listing. We faced a long powercut (4hrs) right after we checked in. I believe it was a one time thing. Really like the way he approached the situation. Praba was proactive to inform about the alternatives he can provide. The amenities were of great help as we were in Colombo for a wedding reception

Absolutely beautiful place! There are no complaints to be made. The communication of the host was very quick and efficient, Don was very helpful with any questions we had. The caretaker Ajith was also very helpful and very friendly. We definitely recommend this place for a splendid stay!

The villa is great .. Swimming pool is good .. The communication is easy and good .. Maybe the only one thing that if you are expecting a privacy in your staying i will tell you don't .. There is a nice guy his name Lalith he is a caretaker living next to the pool .. And offering us every help we need .. He is cooking good food .. Only that Colombo is about 25 to 30 minutes by car .

Very happy about our stay here, the place is exactly how it’s described. We had the ability to enjoy peacefully and lovely Jayantha was always available if needed. Close distance to our relatives and generally a great spot to stay in - convenient and private at the same time. Would definitely book again if I came back!

Channa and wife extremely helpful and a delight to spend time with. Lovely shady gardens, monkeys, birds and all very safe for me on my own at 65years. Their home is down a quiet street, easy access to Tuk tuks and great recommendations of restaurants that I walked to. Beddagana wetland park I also walked to … not sure I recommend … as in serious need of maintenance … but I did see wildlife!

Place is very clean with 24/7 security and everything is walkable even the restaurants and banks. Host is very helpful and friendly. It’s a great deal.

Ilham is a generous host. He let us check in 4 hours earlier than check in time at no cost. He let us eat delicious rose apples from his garden and made sure we were comfortable. We locked ourselves outside buying pastries from the food tuk tuk that drives by his house every day and Ilhams house mate let us in and we had a lovely chat with her. They are a retired couple from UK maintaining a simple life long term in Sri Lanka with a rescue dog living with them upstairs. She was a great dog mom informing us about her dog’s nature with care and truth. This house is quiet but occupied by kind humans and the studio is very private with its own entrance from the garden. The house is very close to the beach and variety of restaurants and local markets and all sorts of stores. This was a great landing spot for us after long journey and we appreciated our time here very much. Thanks Ilham. We hope to see you again.

Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

The flat was even better than how it was described in the description, situated in a location that is central in Colombo, having easy access to shops and some great restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and entertain guests to meals. Zulfica was very responsive, before, during and even after our stay. Was vert helpful and kind, making our stay both enjoyable and memorable. We felt safe and looked after. The hosts went well beyond our expectations, when it came to hospitality, showing an excellent example of Sri Lankan hospitality. We will stay with them again when we visit Sri Lanka. Thank you Zulfica, you are a very professional and kind host.

First, Irushi was a great host. She communicated early and was very responsive and was very accommodating to our questions and requests. Very sweet and nice. The place was excellent. Very clean and comfy and with all amenities and best of all a fully equipped kitchen. It was well worth the price and I wouldn’t definitely come here again.

I had a great time at Thathsara's. I was at a personally low point during my stay there and not just Thathsara responded positively and actively to my every request, her parents stepped up to help too. Great place, great location, great people. Highly recommend.

I spent 22 days in Sudath's place, and I only have good things to say. Sudath and Achala are a wonderful couple. They are passionate artists and the most hospitable and generous folk. It was great just talking to them and visiting their gallery. It was more than just a stay, it was a great experience.

Yasi’s place was very comfortable, so many comfortable places to sit, a lovely balcony with beautiful trees and bird visitors. Everything you need is close by and in walking distance, and it’s very cheap and easy to get around by taxi or tuktuk. Any questions or problems we had were answered quickly and efficiently by Yasi. We had a lovely stay here and it was very affordable and well worth the money, we would have been happier here longer. Thank you so much, we would love to come again 😊🌸✨

Indeed a SUPER HOST! She accommodated all our requests with kindness and professionalism including early check in. Property is incredibly clean and beautiful especially it is a spacious house with lots of day light located in third floor. Interior is decently done and has all required amenities. Tusitha ensured to provide us clean towels and bed linens frequently. Famous shopping places are walking distance as well as great restaurants. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet even we can travel mid of the night. It is always super easy to book a cab via Uber or Pick me due to location convenience. Not only Tusitha as a host but also her mother treated us with respect and kindness and were extremely friendly. Their hospitality is top notch and we are very glad that we found this place via AirBNB. We can recommend Tusita as a host and her property without any hesitation.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The view is absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out over the ocean each day was a true highlight. The space was spotless and well maintained, with a modern, clean aesthetic and beautiful flooring that added a cozy touch. The location was very convenient, close to everything I needed. On top of that, the host (Heshan) was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. As per the pics and Ramesha was a great host. Late check out was available which was really good. AC worked well and washing machine was fab. WiFi also fast and easy to connect to. Rooftop gym and pool also good.

Was very pleased with finding this apartment as it was in a very convenient location making it easy to go to all the places we needed. The apartment is exactly like the pictures- the ideal size for a small family. Loved how elegantly it was furnished as well, and included all the amenities we required. It’s also fairly spacious for a one bedroom apartment which made it easy to keep our toddler. Eresha is a lovely host, very responsive to all my inquiries and very understanding to our needs. The security is also also very helpful and friendly, which made checking in a smooth process. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

I was coming to Colombo on my own and looking for a one bedroom apartment. Had stayed at On320 and Luna on Union Place before so knew the area quite well. Anu’s apartment was a gem of a place. Pristine and exactly like the description and photos, it is on the 25th floor so doesn’t get too much traffic noise from the streets below. Well decorated and has all the equipment one needs for a quality stay. This will suit a single traveller or a couple perfectly. I didn’t use the pool or sun deck/gym as I was out every day but they looked very nice. The place is safe and secure and I was coming and going at all times of day and night and felt completely at ease. Plenty of supermarkets within a couple of mins and the Colombo City Centre Mall is a 10 min walk where there are retail stores, a very good sports bar plus the Marriott has a great bar that gives good views of the Colombo cityscape. I am so grateful that Anu hosted me, and will definitely check to see if this is available next time.

Beautiful pristine apartment in a very good location. Pool area very quiet and a great place to relax. Excellent security, felt extremely safe. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and we have no issue about recommending this apartment.

Modern and spotless apartment with great air conditioning. Pool and gym were excellent. Would definitely recommend, particularly as Uthay was flexible with the check in and also gave us a late check out.
