I recently stayed at Chathura Place Borella Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the super friendly host, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself feels just like a home away from home. It’s well-equipped with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances you might need, allowing you to prepare your own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup is great for anyone looking to cook rather than eat out. One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

we six stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It was amazing, clean, well furnished as well as good responsive host and caretaker(Mr.Thiago). there is no con except a non air-conditioned room which was not mentioned in description clearly. If I visit colombo in future then I'll prefer to stay here again.

The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The stay in this apartment was great all around! The location is ideal – in just 2–3 minutes walk you are on the beach, and in the other direction you can quickly get to the city. Restaurants, shopping and public transport are all very close. The train stops right outside the front door, and with Uber you can be in the city center in less than 10 minutes. The apartment itself is quiet, especially at night, which ensures a good night's sleep. Check-in was completely smooth, and communication with Shiffan was easy and enjoyable at all times. A real highlight was the balcony – sitting there in the evening and looking out at the water was pure luxury. I can really recommend this place from the bottom of my heart – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

The flat is on the top floor of an office block. It Is beautifully presented, modern and practical. Deen was very helpful, going over and above to make sure everything was in order. I have no hesitation in recommending this flat for a visit on Colombo

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. We had a wonderful stay at Tamara’s place! The house was exceptionally clean, AC rooms, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo. Tamara was a proactive and incredibly kind host, providing clear instructions and making both check-in and check-out a breeze. I absolutely loved my time here and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Colombo without hesitation!

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

I had an amazing stay at Pushpa’s property the past 3 nights. The place is in a truly beautiful setting, very tranquil and close to the beach. The host was friendly, responsed quickly to any questions aI had plus offered some good local recommendations. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, spacious and good value for money quite frankly. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back one day to explore Sri Lanka more.

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Convenient location . Cargills was a short walk down udawatte road. Secured property. Saw wild life. Monkeys birds and even a peacock! The fab , perera and sons , chemist and clothing shops etc are only down the road. Perfect location. Host was proactive when there was a power outage notifying us well in advance about it and kept us updated about the pool renovations and attended promptly to other issues and needs.
