Would definitely return again to Faahim’s in a heartbeat. The Airbnb really felt like home and all the facilities for my family were great. Faahim and his father are so friendly and we really enjoyed the stay.

This is the best apartment you can rent if you are looking to stay right next to the gorgeous Mount Lavinia beach. Everything inside apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s a very safe (24/7 security present) and well maintained building with modern amenities. Arfan was very helpful and he made sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible during our stay. Convenient location, a few minutes walking distance you can find multiple supermarkets and lots of great restaurants. I can’t wait to go back there for my next vacation

Amazing apartment. It truly made our stay special. The ocean view is absolutely stunning, and we loved waking up to it every day. The place is beautifully furnished, super clean, and thoughtfully maintained. It had everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to other modern amenities that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect too, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and other essentials just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment of Prad is a wonderful place with the most stunning view on the lotus tower you can imagine. Additionally, the free to use roof top pool is an outstanding experience. An another good point is that a supermarket is right infront of the door. Prad was always available and a great host. Next time in Colombo, we will definitely book again. Thank you so much Prad!

My baby and I had a lovely time rating at Aruni’s beautifully furnished apartment, while I was in town for a quick trip. Not only was Aruni a wonderful host, she was really responsive and was very hospitable. We look forward to staying at her apartment when we’re in town next time, thank you for having us!

Have just spent our 2nd stay here. For us, the garden is why we returned, which is kept very tidy by Velu. So peaceful to relax in during the day, with plenty of varied wildlife to entertain you during the day, especially the chipmunks. Our bedroom was comfortable, bed linen clean, a/c & ceiling fan kept it cool. Bathroom/ shower room ample size and more than satisfactory. Kitchen had everything as described, which includes the washing machine. We spent 99% of our time outside either in the garden or under the spacious veranda. No issue with WiFi. Keels supermarket 4 min walk away which has everything you might need. Good local food outlets, and we have tried them all in the past 2 years with no problems. Best find was Crepe Runner which is well worth the 10min stroll. Felt safe and secure with Velu on hand for anything you might need, together with Chaminder who will pop round at least twice a day, to check that everything is fine. Would have no hesitation staying again.

First of all I have to admit I live in the United States and I was trying to find a place for some family members. I found this place and from the moment I found this place I started communicating with the host . She was very efficient and was helping all the way . She is very kind and very helpful and very friendly and the place was so clean and it was a nice location I highly recommend to this place to anyone specially anyone who is coming from abroad . Bonus points for the fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed, and fully equipped kitchen - it felt like a home away from home. This Airbnb was lovely and very quiet. However, the only issue was co-ordinating to get the hot water switched on. But we'd definitely stay here again! The area is very peaceful and close to the ocean. Gajanan and his mother were very kind and helpful during our stay 😊🫶

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The view is absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out over the ocean each day was a true highlight. The space was spotless and well maintained, with a modern, clean aesthetic and beautiful flooring that added a cozy touch. The location was very convenient, close to everything I needed. On top of that, the host (Heshan) was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. The stay in this apartment was great all around! The location is ideal – in just 2–3 minutes walk you are on the beach, and in the other direction you can quickly get to the city. Restaurants, shopping and public transport are all very close. The train stops right outside the front door, and with Uber you can be in the city center in less than 10 minutes. The apartment itself is quiet, especially at night, which ensures a good night's sleep. Check-in was completely smooth, and communication with Shiffan was easy and enjoyable at all times. A real highlight was the balcony – sitting there in the evening and looking out at the water was pure luxury. I can really recommend this place from the bottom of my heart – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Tusitha is a warm friendly and gracious host. The accommodation offered was comfortable, extremely clean and spacious - certainly for two adults. The assortment of grocery items enabled us to settle into the property with ease. There is adequate parking inside the property for a vehicle. Restaurant options close by are good.
