Location is in a quiet neighborhood, and has a laid back feel. It is a short walk to the Dallas Arboretum. The beds were very comfortable and air quality quite nice. There are air filters running all the time, which made it quite comfortable, especially in the hot humid outdoor air. We also enjoyed sitting on the from porch swing in the morning. There is an excellent organic food store a little more than a mile walk. I loved the simplicity and ease of moving around in the home. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect spot for our family of four. The house was beautiful and very comfortable and spacious. I always appreciate houses that leave you storage space in cabinets and drawers and this one had plenty. The neighborhood is great - quiet, but just a few minutes walk to Bishop Arts which is full of shops and restaurants. Central to other parts of Dallas by car as well. Dustin was a great host - super responsive and helpful if we needed anything at all.

This space was just what we needed for a weekend getaway! It was close to Bishop Arts and many coffee shops and the apartment itself was just like in the listing. The hosts are extremely proactive in their communication and provide detailed instructions for entry and exit that made checkin a breeze.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was even better than we expected — huge and with a beautiful view. Great, central location and super communicative hosts!

Walkable to downtown & Deep Ellum. Farmers market & restaurants were close. Place was clean with plenty of towels & necessities. Check-in was easy. Needed an app to get entry to pedestrian gate. Parking was on the 4th floor and apartment was on the 3rd.

Fantastic home in uptown! Beautiful home and backyard. Walkable to many things to do! Absolutely perfect for any Dallas get away! Josh is a great host as well!

Very nice and responsive host. The area was nice and there were tons of great local restaurants nearby within walking distance. The rooftop pool was a major plus! Not to mention the view was incredible.

Jose’s BnB was extremely cozy and convenient! He was super responsive anytime that I had reached out. Check-In was a breeze, and he was very accommodating for my extended stay. Big fan of the shower, probably some of the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced at a BnB. The location was quiet and peaceful and very convenient to everything in Dallas. Walls are a tad thin so you can hear neighbors but overall very comfortable. He provided water and other amenities which overall increased the quality of our stay. Would recommend staying at this BnB!

This place was amazing. Near a lot of great restaurants and bars. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The rooftop is the cherry on top of it! Ryan was a responsive host as well. Looking forward to staying again when we can!

loved the whole thing. very beautiful house. i loved the master shower and pool the most. will definitely be booking again in the future. both hosts are very responsive and helpful to every little question i had. all around 10’s.

Will definitely book again! Our favorite pub is just downstairs and there are plenty of places in walkable distance, even a CVS which was very helpful! Like others said, the check in process seemed confusing at first but the host provides very clear instructions so if you follow those, you’ll be totally fine. The apartment was clean and well decorated with a balcony that provided a great view. The bed was AMAZING - some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Included parking is a huge plus, especially if you plan on walking around downtown. Can’t wait to visit again!

We needed a place to stay at the last minute and Christanne came to the rescue. Although she wasn't expecting a rental at such short notice, she came and made sure everything was up to standard. We were in town for a medical procedure and Christanne went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. While we were at the hospital she went by to make sure our grocery order was delivered and even put the groceries away since we didn't have a definite time we would leave the hospital. She was in contact with us all week checking to see how the procedure went and if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable.
