Looks exactly like the pictures, very clean, nice little spot to stay at If you want to stay in the area. Only problem we I had was getting in the apartment complex main building to get to the elevator. Code wouldn’t work for some reason. Would stay again if I was in the area!

Susanna’s listing was an absolute 10 out of 10. Her communication skills were exceptional, and she was incredibly prompt in resolving any issues we may have encountered. I highly recommend her establishment to any friend I have who plans to visit Dallas. She was truly amazing and one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. 5 stars - Wonderful stay! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The space was nicely decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. They even left a thoughtful goodie basket and a pet bed for my dog, which was such a nice touch! The location is fantastic—there are great restaurants, bars, and thrift stores nearby, and a Trader Joe's is just around the corner. It was so convenient to explore the area and enjoy some local spots. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located stay. I'll definitely be back!

I am glad I read the other reviews prior to staying here for the information on parking. That part was a little tricky. The unit was perfect for us. It is larger than the photos. It was clean and had an amazing view. Would stay here again. Host was very responsive.

Jessica was an outstanding host - responsive communications, sometimes a response within minutes! Clear instructions and she came and met me to give me the keys and explained how to get in and where things were. The venue is delightful and full of great features including a gym and wonderful pool area whilst the apartment had all the modern conveniences you could want. Just perfect for my visit to Dallas and highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about this place. Literally fell in love with it. Super clean, location couldn’t have been anymore perfect. This was a last minute choice and was the best decision. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive. The recommendations for sights and food are something I will definitely be back for. I literally felt at home. The bed was so comfy! If you’re thinking about booking just do it you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing central location in Downtown Dallas/Deep Ellum - extremely walkable friendly area close to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and live music venues. Gated garage parking right in front of unit was fantastic. Host was highly communicative and accommodating! Can’t wait to stay again. 🖤

The place was super nice. Looked just like the pictures and the views are great both day and night. My first Bnb stay in Dallas, would highly recommend to people visiting the area or just wanting to be close to downtown. It doesn’t get any better. Communication was quick on arrival and check in was smooth. Lots of places to walk too and restaurant to check out. Would definitely come stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Fantastic price considering the location, if you enjoy bar crawling and great food this is a fantastic option for you. Brandon was very responsive and actually reached out multiple hours in advance to offer an alternative for parking since he had noticed our reserved space was occupied. Apartments amenities are in good condition, some furniture scratched and stained but very clean. Water provided in fridge was great for the heat! Like other reviews mention, the pool view is nice, but residents are very loud. Didn’t bother us because we were away during majority of the day and it was quiet by night, but if planning to stay in during the day be aware that it can be very noisy.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, well decorated, easy to access, and close to the highway. The bed was cozy, shower was huge, and felt very spacious and modern. AC worked well the whole time, laundry conveniently in unit, and close by to the garage which always had spots open. The walking trails around the canal and adjacent lake made for a nice way to get steps in after work. I enjoyed my stay and if I am back in DFW for business I will be staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s in a great central location to get to all of the Dallas attractions. The place was very clean and cozy. We appreciated the provided water, coffee, and other small touches that made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the closets spacious. The complex had really nice amenities, especially the beautiful pool. The host provided very clear instructions on getting into the parking garage & condo. She was also very responsive to questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed for a quick night, but I wish we would’ve stayed longer to enjoy everything around the apartment! The farmers market was about a 6min walk, so that was super convenient! The bed was comfy and the space was roomy for the two of us.

A beautifully decorated and well appointed place to stay during our time in Dallas. Communication was excellent. The neighborhood wasn’t super walkable, but we felt safe.

Will definitely book again! Our favorite pub is just downstairs and there are plenty of places in walkable distance, even a CVS which was very helpful! Like others said, the check in process seemed confusing at first but the host provides very clear instructions so if you follow those, you’ll be totally fine. The apartment was clean and well decorated with a balcony that provided a great view. The bed was AMAZING - some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Included parking is a huge plus, especially if you plan on walking around downtown. Can’t wait to visit again!
