Holiday rentals with a patio in Deep Ellum, Dallas

Great stay- felt very safe, was super clean, walkable to several restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay, I was comfortable and the place was actually better than I expected. I definitely wouldn’t mind staying again, and the host was attentive and a great communicator!

Mr.Irving was extremly accomodating ,polite and incredibly helpful!!Had a great time during my stay and would be happy to return when possible!

This one’s a little tricky to find but the hosts were very helpful and the place is clean and close to restaurants. Air conditioning works great! Which is a must in Dallas summers. We very much enjoyed our stay and the location is central to all things Dallas.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had found a hidden gem. This place was perfect — spotless, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home (or better!). The location was ideal, offering both peace and privacy while still being close to everything I needed. But what really made this stay exceptional was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, even offering local tips that completely elevated my experience. Every detail was carefully thought out — from the cozy linens and well-equipped kitchen to the fast Wi-Fi and charming decor. I honestly didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and outstanding hospitality, this is it. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’ll absolutely be back!

Walkable to downtown & Deep Ellum. Farmers market & restaurants were close. Place was clean with plenty of towels & necessities. Check-in was easy. Needed an app to get entry to pedestrian gate. Parking was on the 4th floor and apartment was on the 3rd.

This place was spotless. It had many towels and sheets. It also had extra blankets.  This apartment also had many amenities.  The host was very responsive and told us we can text or call him if we needed anything. The area was a great area. Very walkable and LOTS to do. I am very happy with everything!!

We loved everything about our stay! Leah was very welcoming and attentive to us. We were able to travel with our fur babies and that’s what we loved even more. Definitely recommend staying with Leah if you’re in town. I know that I’ll definitely be going back!

Lovely home in cute neighborhood. The outdoor area was perfect for our family. MJ was a very responsive host.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Laurie‘s place in Dallas. Her son, Grady, was our host and he was friendly and very easy to communicate with. The accommodations were exactly as pictured - lovely, and homey. It was extremely clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable. One thing to note is that you cannot change the temperature yourself. However, while it was comfortable, I like it a tad warmer; Grady was quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and made for very pleasant walks. Restaurants, shopping and beautiful Whiterock Lake were only a 15-20 min walk through the lovely neighborhood. I’m from Dallas originally. I know we will return and hope to stay again at Laurie and Grady’s place. Thank you!

Matthew was an awesome host. Anything that I needed he would immediately respond. He checked in to see if there was anything we needed and ensured how stay was positive. The place was immaculate and will be back. The home had everything you could possibly need in order to feel at home.

Love this spot, she has some much in the home you’ll think you’re at home. I enjoy my time with my family. If i return definitely would book location again

Loved our stay here! Immaculately clean and perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood felt so accessible - it was so nice to only take 15 minutes to anything we wanted to do and we felt very safe. Even loved the kids next door. No issues mentioned in other reviews with water temp or pressure - the weather had a big swing while we were there too and it was perfectly comfortable in the home!

Benjamin was a great host. He was very responsive. Place was super clean and had a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Rosie's place! The home was almost perfect – clean, cute, and well-equipped with everything I needed for to ensure our bride had the best bachelorette trip. The only downside was that the place really only sleeps 6 people - not 8. One of the rooms was converted into the karaoke room and neither the couch in there or upstairs are pull out couches. We had 7 people so we ended up squeezing 3 people into the king bed in the master suite but not ideal. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent – they were responsive, friendly, and let us check in early since our flights landed in the morning. I especially appreciated the leftover decor and glassware that were bachelorette themed since we flew from out of town and couldn't pack much. There's also a backyard that's not pictured - we used it to host a private hibachi dinner. So much fun!! I would 100% stay here again.

The view of the city was incredible! Great restaurants, shopping, and bars in the area.

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs all month, and this was hands down the best one. Beautifully decorated, super clean, really quiet, and Ajen was so nice and quick to respond. I was seriously impressed with how clean (or maybe brand new?) the dishes and utensils were. Most places I didn’t even want to cook in the kitchen, but here I made meals both nights with no worries. The ocean view was a huge plus too—wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks so much for having me!
