This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

The location - a dream. the view - unbeatable. The house cut for 3 pairs - ideal. the architecture - really appealing. and problems (sandstorm) were immediately addressed and resolved! we have recovered super, and can really recommend this accommodation!

We had a fantastic time. The villa is stunning and had just been freshly renovated. Everything about it is designed to maximize the beautiful views, the airflow, peace and tranquility. The hosts were communicative, kind and generous with flexible check-in and out. The fantastic pool area, stonework, bathrooms, kitchen, linens, sauna/steamroom, washer & dryer, game room -- all were top quality. This was easily the most beautiful AirBnb we have ever stayed in. It was a good home base for exploring Crete. We were also happy to save one day for relaxing at the villa. We were only a family of four, and the villa could have easily held twice as many. Would love to return one day. Made wonderful memories here.

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of incredible. The location was peaceful and serene—away from the busier tourist areas, it truly felt like our own private resort. The views were absolutely stunning, and every moment there felt like a dream. The house itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the heated pool was a highlight—especially during the cooler evenings. It made it easy to enjoy every part of our stay, no matter the weather. George, our host, was fantastic. He was always just a message away, ready with helpful suggestions and warm hospitality. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay even more special. We’re already dreaming about our return. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

Loved our stay in this remote villa. Amazing views with sunsets from the pool. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens and towels. Nice having the pool heated! House is remote so bring all the food needed. Rather close to Elifonisi beach which was well worth the 20 minute drive. Driving is not for the faint of heart of heart. Many tavernas in the area within 15 minutes drive. Would stay again. Thank you Theoni!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The place was exactly as shown in the photos - clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was outstanding: always responsive, incredibly helpful, and genuinely supportive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by providing us with great local recommendations for sightseeing and places to eat, which made our trip even more memorable. The house and the view is amazing. This is a very good place to stay and really recommend this place for a short stay in between Chania and Heraklion. You need a car or a motorbike to go around but besides that a very good place

We had a great vacation in the house. It was all clean and tidy. The pool is amazing and the yard is indulgent. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The service was more outstanding. We had a perfect vacation for us. I highly recommend the house and hope to stay again.

We immediately fell in love with this villa! The quality of absolutely everything in and around the building is extraordinary. The pictures cannot truly capture how beautiful and well-designed this place is. From the tasteful interior decor to the immaculate outdoor areas, every detail has been carefully thought out to provide both comfort and luxury. Beatiful view and nice downstairs appartment with own pool and yard. Parking lot had always room for our car. From parking lot there are deep stairs down to the appartments yard. We came late in evening and it was little bit difficult to get in without light on the appartment door. Pool was great for swimming and view fo Chania and sea bay just amazing. If you have lot of electronic devices with you, take a power strip with you. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet during our stay in April. Really nice place to relax and enjoy life.

Beautiful place, great for families. Lots of toys and even a potty for the kids! Cleaner came mid week which was not necessary but so great. Beach is a 3 min walk. Really need a car to get there which was fine for us! Thanks for everything.

What a beautiful stay and this stunning villa. Definitely the best outdoor space at any villa I’ve ever stayed. And the view? Well, it’s even better than it looks. Kissamos is a chilled out town with great access to some of the world’s best beaches and some great local restaurants. Antonio’s was always on hand to help with anything we needed, he responded to our messages in about 5 minutes. Such a lovely guy and you won’t regret staying here. Thank you and YAMAS!

Our stay at Villa Castellum was amazing! The villa is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The hammam added an extra touch of luxury and made our stay even more relaxing. We stayed here for a family vacation, and it was just what we needed. The beach and the village are only a 10-minute drive away. The house had everything we needed—nothing was missing, and everything was thoughtfully provided. Maria was incredibly kind and helpful—she responded quickly to all our questions and made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you, and we will definitely come back!

Could not recommend this place enough. Me and my 4 mates went to this villa. (5 lads, all 21 years old) it was amazing, Magdalena met us at the villa when we landed to talk us through all that we needed and show us around. It was huge, 5 bedrooms and plenty of things to do inside the house, multiple TVs, big kitchen with all the things you’d need, blenders, coffee machine, cutlery etc. The views from the villa were incredible as we were on top of a hill. The pool was the perfect temperature in the day and even at night it was never really cold like most pools. The gym is small but you can manage well if you know what you are doing. It has a good pool table, table tennis, loads of card games and a PS4. Whenever we needed any help Magdalena would always respond in minutes. The price is great for what you get it is the best I have found. It is only 15-20 minutes drive from the city of Heraklion where there is plenty to do such as food and drink. I’d also recommend renting a car.

Wonderful home in Chania right on the beach. Well appointed, great location and stellar communication from our host. Beautiful sunset view and pool area. We were a family of 5 and all enjoyed Villa Isalos.

The Airbnb is stunning—just like the photos. The interior is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we had plenty of towels, including extras for the pool, plus a beach bag with towels and a beach tent. Everything was spotless, and the pool was cleaned during our stay. Kitsa is a fantastic host—warm, friendly, and super responsive. She made sure we had all the important info right away and even welcomed us with a lovely basket of treats like olive oil, wine, honey, and marmalade. It felt homey from the start. The drive up is steep, as Kitsa mentioned. We had a Fiat Panda and made it up fine—it feels a bit scary at first, but you get used to it quickly. Once you're up, the view is absolutely worth it. We caught some of the most beautiful sunsets from the terrace. I wholeheartedly recommend Kitsa and her Airbnb to anyone. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic great house with a lovely terrace and a lovely view. Our two young children loved the pool. The house and location were even better than the pictures. It was a short distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and it was nice to be able to barbecue outside in the evenings. Highly recommended!

We had a great time. The villa is extremely well designed and equipped. The views are fantastic and the location is quiet. We enjoyed the flexible arrival and departure as well as the breakfast. Stayed in a lot of villas however this definitely stands out from the rest, great plot of land next to the sea with amazing views of the sunset. The fire pit feature makes this villa very special. Nikos is a great host. provided good hospitality with local produce and drinks on arrival. We arrived late and still received a warm welcome with no issues. Will return to this villa in the future.

We booked this villa as a treat for our 40th and our first holiday in 15 years without our son. The villa was absolutely beautiful and the hosts were lovely. They had made us a Greek salad on our arrival and had provided us with milk eggs wine and fruit. They even made a beautiful marble cake as we had a thunderstorm and everything was covered in sand so they had to come a second day to clean the pool and outside area so we could use it.. Eftychis and his mum also provided use with restaurants and site seeing destinations like the botanical gardens which were well worth visiting.. We tried to book the villa again this year but they are fully booked. So we will be looking to book again next year.. It is absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit..

This was our best stay ever with airbnb, and the most beautiful in Greece. The house exceeded our expectations. The locations is awesome. The house is comfortable, spacious, modern, spotless and beautiful. The open views to the ocean are breathtaking in addition to being high above in the mountains. He outdoor terraces aremazibgand the pool iswesome withazing views. This house can easily accomodate 6 persons. Parking is easy for two cars. The place feels secure and very private. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Located between Rethymo and Chania we felt the location was perfect. We lived every detail provided to us. The hosts were great communicating with us, greeting us and providing all kinds of reccomendations to us. They greeted us with some very nice presents, foid and wine. If you plan to visit Crete this is the pkace to be. If you want an unforgetable stay this is the place to be! We lived every minute of our stay and there are not enough words to Thank our hosts!

The house and views were beautiful. An out of the ordinary sandstorm rolled in and the owner immediately came to clean the outdoor area. She was very responsive and attentive. The house had everything we needed to cook breakfast. There are very few walkable places, but if you have a car, it is no problem. We would return, it was perfect for our group of 6.

Nikos was an excellent host! He brought us fresh goodies and made sure we had everything needed. The home is beautiful and exactly has pictured. I recommend renting a car if you stay here as it is quite desolate location and not walkable to restaurants/shops.
