Ioanna was a fantastic host. She was very welcoming and helpful at any time. Our little stone house had a perfect view over Heraklion and the valley. We enjoyed the silence of the whole place and the privacy of the small house with some space to the other houses. Everything was clean and tidy. We were lucky to have the pool area almost by ourselves to cool down on the hot days. We definitely recommend to stay there, if you are searching for a spot to relax and come down. Very enjoyable stay. Manos is a great host from providing clear instructions to proactively checking in on us. Lovely little house which is so close to the beach and main road with lots of nice restaurants.

Couldn’t find a better place for our first visit to Crete. The apartment is exactly like on photos, right by the sea with a terrace from where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise. It’s walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and beaches. Orfeas and his family are amazing hosts and took a very good care of us, provided with a bunch of tips and local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our time at Blue Paradiso very much! We were in bungalow 4, nice, good condition. Kitchen sparsely equipped, but okay. When we asked for a second blanket, it came quickly. The smell from the drain was sometimes unpleasant. Our terrace is not visible in the pictures (as of May 25). She went out to the field (with a view of water, sheep, mountains), but unfortunately there was no shade, no trees, too warm for breakfast. We thought that was a shame, but the beach is only 30 meters away, there are trees for shade and also (older) seating. We always had breakfast there, that was very nice :). We loved the beach, there are also loungers. It is rocky and sometimes difficult to get into the water, but it is possible. It is quiet there, few people, at the same time the place has many taverns, supermarkets, etc. only 10-15 minutes' walk away (beach or street), super convenient. In the other direction (5 min) is a bar on the beach.

Georgios' place is a truly beautiful location for a sweet, cosy home with all necessary amenities and many wonderful locations to explore nearby. If one were to desire, however, a quiet and uneventful escape, the privacy and calm is unmatched. The peace of dawn and the sometimes wild beauty of sunset, clearly visible over an expansive view of the blue sea, alone makes this place one most worthy of visiting. The house was extremely clean and tidy, relaxing and peaceful. Everything that might be needed was available including some much appreciated extras (e.g. excellent bicycles, and a superbly comfortable hammock). Beyond this, Georgios himself is very kind, sincerely friendly, most hospitable, and with a plethora of useful information about the area making it easy to enjoy the stay without missing opportunities for exploration and experience. We are most grateful and would highly recommend this place and the excellent host. If you are thinking about it, don't hesitate.

We had a glorious two weeks at Niko's place. For the first time at AirBNB it felt like we're were guests at a friends home. All of the promised essentials were provided in generous quantities - Niko's home grown fruit and veg were a particular treat and provided in such generous quantities that we couldn't eat them all. The place is simple but with all the equipment that you could need. The terrace a delight to enjoy the sun and the bathing spot a treat. Niko has landscaped a most wonderful extended garden which made the whole property just beautiful!

Week spent in a very beautiful environment, with nice services. the welcome went smoothly, with a smile and small snacks, very nice for a late check-in like ours. Only downside, a difficult place to find, good address known by our GPS. Even if it has no impact on the peace and quiet of the stay, it would be nice to clarify that the accommodation is with a local. We highly recommend!!

a super old truck fitted out with a large terrace and private space. Rob spends a lot of time outside maintaining the green spaces and the pool, which is huge and impeccable!!! about the accommodation just a small downside, a rather small bed (I did not measure but I would say about 120cm wide) not too disturbing for us but I prefer to warn. otherwise only 12 min by car from the city of La Canée (Chania) which is just beautiful day and night and 2 min from the highway so super well located. Very quiet, I can only recommend it and otherwise the host offers several accommodations so don't hesitate.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed! We had an amazing week staying at the house. Spiros and Clara were very welcoming when we arrived. They had made a lovely open fire. The house was better than we had hoped, with lovely views of the hills and lovely touches inside. It was great listening to the birds, especially the Scops owls in the evenings, calling out over the valley, while sitting on the balcony. Because we didn't have a car, we hiked to Peykos for provisions, which took two hours round trip. That was managable. We also enjoyed some lovely hikes in the area, including one to the waterfalls and Hermes and Aphrodite's Temple, which was very interesting..The house now has Wifi, which was welcome. We'd love to stay again.

We were warmly welcomed by Penelope. Everything matched the description and the view from the terrace was great. Water, fruit and small items were available for reception. The apartment is very nicely decorated! In the morning and evening, a quick walk to swim in the sea. The season was basically over in November, so we couldn't test all the restaurants. We particularly liked the Taverna Oasis at Zoi. Thanks for everything and we'll be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect. Decorated with a lot of love and everything you need is at your fingertips. Lefteris always responded immediately if there were questions and had very good tips for actions we could take in the ten days. We will definitely be back! The cottage is very small, but is exactly our style. The immediate surroundings and also the garden around the cabin there are beautiful and you can relax fantastically. Everything is very tastefully installed and the old olive tree right in front of the terrace is an oasis.

The studio is good, impeccably clean, and located on a dead end street so very quiet. Everything is there for cooking and as a bonus a nice fruit tray. Beaches are close by. The only downside is that the bed is extremely hard, you should think about changing the mattress.

We had a very nice stay at the Tiny Villa :) It was all very clean and well maintained, the communication was very pleasant and easy, when we had questions we didn't have to wait long for an answer. In addition, cats came by very often who were very loving and would certainly be happy if you fed them from time to time :)
