Family-friendly holiday rentals in DeBary

Awesome location & room! Made our vacation magical. Resort had all that we needed including a nice, large (warm) swimming pool, laundry (free) and other activities! Room itself was super clean, had all that one might need including plenty of towels and super comfy bed (including a sofa bed that was actually comfortable). Sat out on the balcony to do some work and all in all was a very good experience for our family! Thank you Robert for being a great host and offering your place for us to stay! Will be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Lots to do in the area of course, but we had a few pool days and it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. The home is beautifully decorated and we found the beds comfortable. We had our dog with us and there were several beds available for him too! Very thoughtful. We recommend staying at Jason’s for an Orlando vacation.

Cai Ling and John’s place was great. It was just as described. It was clean and had what we needed for our short stay. As they stated they only provide limited supplies so if you need additional supplies please bring them. I would definitely stay there again.

Laura’s place was very accommodating to our week trip to Disney World! Close to all of the parks as well as all sorts of restaurants and convenience stores surrounding! Cool AC, a hot shower and a cozy bed—hard to beat after a HOT day at any of the parks! Very responsive to messages and suggested lots of great recommendations! Definitely a “bang for your buck” at Laura’s place! Looking forward to referring all of our friends and planning our next trip soon! Thanks again, Laura and staff! 🙂

This property lived up to the poctures. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable. We have stayed at a number of places in Orlando amd other cities. This one is in the top 2 or 3. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here as a bigger group with a little baby. Spacious, clean and private. Kitchen fully stocked, two bathrooms and 4 beds was great for our group. The location is a little out there, and with traffic, getting to Orlando can be a bit crazy. It does take a good 30 minutes to Disney and 1 hour to OCC convention center, depending on time of day. But we can’t control traffic, otherwise the place was great!

We felt right at home while in Orlando because of this Air BnB. I was worried we would struggle because it is a large complex, but the GPS was spot on at the correct building and the unit was very easy to find. The complex is in amazing condition, amenities were great, and the unit was so relaxing. Everyone in my group kept raving about how comfortable the mattresses and pillows were. There was an abundance of towels and they hostess will quickly respond if you need additional towels. We LOVED this Air BnB and will definitely be renting it again. Right outside the gates of the complex there are stores, liquor stores, Chipotle and other food/store options (you can walk there it is so close). Thank you for a great experience & amazing stay!

My stay was amazing, you feel as though you are at a resort. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I was actually staying in the area for another week and would have loved to stay there for the upcoming week as well.

All I can say is this beautiful AirB&B made our tiny get away spectacular! It was just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it was clean, had all the amenities and a some extra fun things like a poker table for a nice evening wind down activity. The host Stacey was so kind and welcoming. I know for sure that when we plan another trip to Daytona, we would love to come back to the Pelican Place. Our dog also loved it, there is a dog beach close by too. Fun was had by everyone!!!

The home is beautiful and has everything you need. The pool is amazing. Check in and out was easy and Dena gave me great advice for where to play pickleball. The neighbors were super friendly too!

Jeremy was a great host! The home came with everything we needed. The pool was a little dirty when we arrived, but I contacted Jeremy and he came right out to clean it so we could swim the next day.

Great stay at this location on the beach! Such a great find on such short notice. Super responsive hosts and great size for our family of six!

Ormand Beach is spectacular. The house is charming. It's the family's beach home, and as renters/visitors you share that home with the owners and are responsible for it. The house is full of beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and every water accessory you might need. It was a privilege to get to spend a week there. We had such a lovely stay! Space was super clean, spacious, and full of natural light with beautiful high ceilings. The walk up to the guest house was charming and peaceful too. Really enjoyed our time here! 🏡

We were helping to move our daughter to Orlando area from out of state and needed a home base for a few days while we got everything set up for her. David’s place fit the bill perfectly - clean, lots of space, quiet, quick responses to any questions. It was exactly what we needed.

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

I cannot say enough good things about Raymond & our stay. I travel a lot for my son’s lacrosse team & this was our favorite Airbnb so far! Raymond is very responsive & kind! I hope it’s available to book next year when we return.

Everything about John's home was as described, and more! It had all the amenities required for a week-long stay for a large family. My family converged from multiple states to Florida for a wonderful vacation. This home fit our needs perfectly! The pool was gorgeous, with a lovely backdrop of the channel right beside it. The waterway offered great sightseeing opportunities for wildlife, including exotic birds (to us), large fish, and turtles. The kitchen was welcoming and had all the necessary tools to prepare large, delicious meals. The beds were all extremely comfortable, with clean, comfortable, and decorative linens. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, creating an amazing living space to spend time with family. John himself was extremely receptive and responsive to communication. Little details that John put forth made my entire family feel welcome in his home. I would highly recommend booking John's home and would absolutely consider it in the future!

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

This was by far our favorite Airbnb stay and we’ve stayed at dozens over the years. The listing was 100% accurate, and the home was *immaculately* clean…truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Not a single bug or ant in sight, which has been an issue at other homes we've rented in Orlando so we really appreciated that. We stayed with an infant, and all of the baby amenities provided were perfect and incredibly helpful and made our trip so much easier. The heated pool and grill were amazing additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering any questions almost immediately. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Orlando! The house was very clean, and the check-in process was smooth with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The pool was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out, though it’s worth noting it’s not super private as it’s close to neighboring homes. The space had all the basics, but be sure to bring your own essentials, as it’s lightly stocked with just the minimum. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Johann’s place was AMAZING! It was super nice and affordable and perfect for me and my husband’s trip to Disney. The private entrance made us feel safe and the place itself was clean and so cozy. We will definitely be trying to stay here again for future trips!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a perfect place to rest between my son’s baseball games for a local tournament, with easy access to the amenities and the local must see/eat/do with in walking distance to the beach! Would stay again!
