Apartment holiday rentals in Davis

This is the second year we have stayed in the Silverado complex. The location and the facilities are great. The complex is well maintained and very quiet at night. The only downside is that the landscaping crew begins hours of work early in the morning. If you want to sleep in, this is not the place. Value for money, I don't think you can do better for this great location.

Denise has a beautiful and comfy condo-it came just as advertised! She was wonderful and let my sister and me check in a little early so we could start our stay a little sooner-much appreciated! Also the unit is easily accessible if you have any mobility issues. No stairs to get in, or in the unit. My sister is recovering from hip replacement surgery so that was important for us.

Beautiful resort, many complexes in one though, maybe? We still aren’t sure, but everyone was helpful and kind! We were able to skip timeshare brief by flatly stating disinterest, but they certainly tease free gifts. Not sure what we missed out on. Pool and hiking trail were very nice! Only caution with shuttle, which ended for the season (maybe? They seemed unclear about the schedule) a day after we arrived, but we only went into downtown Napa for a night anyway. Caution also that it can apparently get crowded on weekend, especially last return trip of night and is first come, first serve, so maybe have a backup plan. Lodging was very nice and complex overall quite nice and worth value due to location

This was our second time staying at the Silverado Resort. It’s very convenient and a quiet part of town. David’s place was just as pictured, and he was fast to respond to our questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Was a great place to stay at! Easy and simple

This was the perfect Airbnb for our girls trip. There were 4 of us and we each had our own beds which was amazing. The condo is well done and very clean, and had everything we needed. It’s also on the beautiful grounds of the Silverado Resort, with a cafe and pool access right next door. We were able to easily get Ubers to Downtown Napa for dinners (10 mins) as well. Peter was really helpful and responsive. Will def stay here again.

Quaint, private and loved backing up to the golf course. Very walkable in the morning or evening with beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Quiet and relaxing!

We had the best stay at this airbnb. Mike has thought of everything! Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities-- nothing he hasn't thought of and they really prioritize making sure you are taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the gym and hot tub that were in the building as well as the gated parking structure with a reserved spot. The condo is walking distance from everything-- coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, transit, everything! Couldn't recommend staying at this place more, you wont regret it!

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

This was a great home base to explore Napa Valley. Very convenient access to the market for coffee each morning, although you don’t need it as the kitchen is very well stocked. Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks as nice touches! We were not bothered by the minimal noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was hardly noticeable and we were working remotely from the space all day. Live music on Friday nights as the resort was fun!

We have stayed here multiple times! Great spot! Great communication with the host, clear instructions, and comfy.

was pretty cozy and close to old sacramento and downtown. right next to the freeway but if you closed the windows you cant hear it at all!

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

The condo was beautiful and we felt right at home. The resort is amazing and had everything we could ask for and was a great location for getting out in Napa valley.

Krista's condo is truly chic. The photos represented the condo beautifully which is not always the case with other airbnbs we have stayed at! Everything was perfect and we would stay again in a second!

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Debbie’s place. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home and thought the wine and card were a thoughtful, personal touch. There were even some snacks and necessities in the fridge, which was unexpected and appreciated! We had planned to do a full day of wine tasting on Saturday, but lounged and napped at the condo after a long walk instead. Enjoyed several great tastings over the weekend and had dinner at Bistro Don Giovanni and The Grill on the Silverado property - both were delicious. We would definitely stay at Debbie’s place again on a return trip to Napa.

My family stayed at this beautiful cottage/condo for the Bottlerock weekend. We had the best time here out of all the stays we had in Napa. The property is very easy to access to and walking to the market and restaurants onsite just made this little getaway so much more enjoyable. The inside of the units are well cleaned, decorated, and stocked for our family. We enjoyed the pool sides during the day, walking to the market for pizzas, and hanging by the fire pits of the restaurant and overlooking the golf course in the evening. I highly recommend this place to visit Napa. We will be back next year.

Great place, awesome amenities, and close to downtown Napa. This place is perfect for a vacation or even a stay-cation, if you’re already in the Bay Area. Far exceeded our expectations... the pics don’t do it justice!

I cannot recommend this place enough, the best experience I have ever had with a host by far. The place was exactly as advertised and Matt was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always being responsive. I instantly felt at home, and am so glad I booked the stay. The location is great with beautiful outdoor activities and trails all around. The experience was a 20/10, definitely book if you have the chance!

I had a great stay! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It’s located at the Silverado Resort, which is a beautiful and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Just a heads-up: they no longer have bikes available for rent, as that was only offered for a season. But overall, everything else was great and I really enjoyed my time there. Would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Krista’s condo! The unit was beautifully-designed and decorated. I loved the amenities and all there was to do at Silverado Resort. Krista was proactive with communication and super responsive if I ever needed anything. Highly recommend!
