This peaceful and centrally-located space is nestled among a century old oak tree and a redwood in the downtown area of charming Woodland. Only 14 minutes from Sacramento International Airport and 4 blocks from Woodland's Main street coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The space is a private home and guests have sole access to the whole property. Host lives next door and is available for support. Be mindful the nest is perched above the garage and is only accessible by steep stairs.

Grab a book and take it easy in the shaded garden hammock at a calm cottage with a cozy patio for balmy alfresco evenings. Stroll to a nearby restaurant for a locally-sourced dinner, then snuggle up in front of the TV in our peaceful retreat. Our separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled backyard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Our 550 sq private studio is a short drive away from the UC Davis campus and walking distance from two bus lines. This studio is located on top of a two car garage in our backyard which is next to a beautiful open field. Many different kinds of fruit trees are available for our guests to enjoy their seasonal fruit. Our guests can use their own washer and dryer and bikes are free to use. High speed internet and TV cable channels.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Stay on the farm and enjoy exploring. Nice porch & fire pit to enjoy the days and evenings. The farm is 40 acres which includes two acres of organic vegetables. There are chickens, sheep, cows, goats and one pig. Most weekends you can enjoy watching the skydivers across the road at the Yolo County Airport. Spring, Summer & Fall weekends, the farm brewery may be open too!
