Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Davidson River

We loved our stay here! The studio was just as advertised and easy to find. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to do our own cooking for the week. They provided enough soap and such for us to get started and we only really had to bring more toilet paper. Otherwise everything was there that we needed. We loved the games that they had there for us to use and the snacks were perfect too. We will definitely be looking at staying here again.

Don and the rental were fantastic. I can only wish that every Air BnB was done this well. Water on every table. The bathroom had everything you might have forgotten. The fridge had soda and water in it. Even had a Smores setup for the firepit outside. I will be back here regularly and Don's place will always be my first choice. Dons hospitality was world class. It is very hard to find genuine hospitality and Don hit it off the mountain.

We have nothing but good things to say about Muffi and Tim’s wonderful studio! The space was immaculately clean and very cozy. Muffi communicated often and made sure we felt comfortable reaching out with any questions we may have had. We also arrived after dark, and still had a very smooth arrival and it was very easy to locate the Studio due to Muffi’s instructions. We could not recommend this space enough, especially if you are hoping to visit downtown Asheville or the Biltmore Estate!

Our stay at Hiker’s Hideawqy was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for coffee in the morning, meal prep, and tea in the evening. It’s a great location too. I’m sure we will be back!

The Hosts were very nice and welcoming as well as very respectful as well. We enjoyed our time together with them as well walking around the yard. I think their apartment is very well put together and we appreciate them with helping on the price as well as allowing us to check in early. We truly appreciate their supportive actions for our stay. This rental was perfect for my needs. Myself and some co-workers came to the area to attend a wedding. A lot of guests complained about their AirBnB rentals, but not us. The hosts were very nice and the unit itself was supplied sufficiently to meet our needs. The location is in the desirable westside of Asheville and very closely situated to a park. The park was a great convenience since I brought my service animal and my dog with me. I most certainly will be booking this unit again.

We are return guests who love staying at this Airbnb! It is an entire second floor of a house with its own private entrance. We enjoy looking out the big front window at the lake, which our dog eagerly is walked around morning and evening. The back screened in porch overlooking the trees is so calming. Great shower, comfortable bed, there is nothing the hosts haven’t thought of to make your stay memorable. It is 10-15 minutes from downtown but near lots of good restaurants that are very close. We hope to stay again when we visit Asheville. Thank you Staci!

I cannot say enough good things. It was perfect. The location was great. It was not more than 15 minutes away from any place I went. The decor was very Asheville and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming. I have an AirBnb myself. Because of that, I have very high expectations. Blue Ridge Basecamp not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I will definitely be back. You can tell they care so much about their place and their guests.

What a beautiful and relaxing place to go. A true hikers treehouse to escape to and unwind.

We absolutely loved staying at April’s place! We brought our 2 kids and 2 dogs and everyone had more than enough space. The view is beautiful, the house couldn’t have been cleaner, and April was so responsive to messages. We will for sure be back!!

We had a great stay at Carly's place. We enjoyed the proximity to hikes in the Pisgah particularly along the Davison River area. Living room seating was good and there were nice views across the valley. We had a Whip-poor-will serenade us several nights. Sound does carry up the valley so when on the porch road noise was noticeable. The bed (we used the Master bedroom) was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and even a sharp knife! If you plan on cooking some of your own meals, wait to go grocery shopping until after you check in as Carly has thoughtfully provided an Ingles card so you can save some $$. We ate at The Square Root one night and the food was wonderful.

Perfect location! Walk to Ecusta Brewing, ride your bike into the forest, what more could you want! Such a cute house. I’d absolutely stay again!

I very rarely give 5 stars for a property, as most hosts these days have no attention to detail. Lisa's place is the exception! The house was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The deck, firepit (with firewood), and bike storage are great features. This house would be ideal for a family of four or five, but it would probably be tight for two families given that the bedrooms are small.

Beautiful place, super clean, lovely grounds. Great location to explore the mountains nearby, maybe 30-40 minutes up to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Perfect getaway. Cute cottage feel. Easy walk downtown. Nice record collection. Front porch sitting with the birds and white squirrels was great. Close to Pisgah too.

The condo was exactly as described. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Well stocked kitchen, homey decorations. We especially loved the screen porches. Richard sent clear instructions for check in and check out. Overall, a very nice stay!

Really enjoyed the place. Elizabeth provided a great experience responded quick and gave recommendations. We feel right at home and the hot tub was a huge bonus!!! Thank you so much for a great time

First time visit to Asheville and we couldn’t have asked for, and received, a more perfect place to see it all. Once we parked our car we never saw it again, other than a day visit to the Biltmore estate. Otherwise our entire 4 night stay in this property allowed us to experience Asheville on foot, right outside our door. Highly recommend this place!!

Cynthia's place is beautiful, and it was a real treat to walk into the condo and feel right at home. It was a very special place, so well decorated and put together. Everything was extremely clean and in great condition. Thank you for a perfect stay!

This was a great 2/2 in downtown Asheville. It was clean, comfortable with easy access. Relatively quiet space. My friend had a car and was happy for the guest parking (the street is metered parking and the meter maids are active). The location is good proximity to the airport and the Biltmore (I Uber’d to both). I would definitely recommend this place for your Asheville stay. Cheers!
