Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Davidson

This cozy cottage was perfect in a pinch. Our house was getting renovated and this place was perfect for a short stay. Clean, clutter free and so close to our son’s school. Host was very responsive and kind.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Davidson. This location was very convenient and had a beautiful, fenced-in backyard for our little doggie. There’s also a sidewalk along the road that allowed for great walks to a local coffee shop or around the neighborhood. My mom left a personal belonging behind and Shirley was kind enough to let us know and send it back in a timely manner (be prepared there is an additional charge). This house worked out great for our needs!

Great area in Cornelius! The house has everything you need and is close to shopping. The backyard is great for dogs and the neighborhood is part of a larger series of neighborhoods that are nice to walk in. Thanks again for allowing us to stay!

We wanted a place for family to stay together for Davidson College graduation and this was a nice option. Convenient to stores and for getting to events on campus. It was a great experience for the weekend!

Great 4 bedroom home on the lake with 7 beds. The dock and beach were perfect for a lake getaway and close to most things to do on lake Norman. Only 30 mins from the charlotte airport, highly recommend staying here.

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. I can’t recommend the Treehouse enough. Everything about this stay was perfect! The check in and check out instructions were very easy, Udo left a binder of amazing recommendations for eating and things to do, the house itself was so cozy and the yard was the perfect garden with so many beautiful flowers! The house is in the perfect location, it’s near everything. You’ll will never regret staying here!

Cozy apartment in Uptown Charlotte that is great walking distance to Bank of American Stadium. Tracy and Ranin were prompt and on point with their communication and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area!

Awesome space for Noda. Central to all necessities when traveling and very walkable. Appropriate for individuals looking to enjoy the night life in Charlotte and night owls. Responsive host and clear concise communication. Highly recommend!!

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.

Beautiful place and great location. My only comment would be they should upgrade the coffee maker to something with single serve cup instead of a drip with a full pot. Walls are thin but understandable. I could hear every move the guests above made. Overall a good experience
