Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Davidson

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Great apartment on the top floor. Quiet, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Brian was very responsive, helpful, and kind. We come to Charlotte every year and would love to stay again here when we come back next. Very convenient location near South End and a cute house. Only negative aspect was how much you can hear the people above you. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Cozy apartment in Uptown Charlotte that is great walking distance to Bank of American Stadium. Tracy and Ranin were prompt and on point with their communication and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area!

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Davidson. This location was very convenient and had a beautiful, fenced-in backyard for our little doggie. There’s also a sidewalk along the road that allowed for great walks to a local coffee shop or around the neighborhood. My mom left a personal belonging behind and Shirley was kind enough to let us know and send it back in a timely manner (be prepared there is an additional charge). This house worked out great for our needs!

Great area in Cornelius! The house has everything you need and is close to shopping. The backyard is great for dogs and the neighborhood is part of a larger series of neighborhoods that are nice to walk in. Thanks again for allowing us to stay!

We wanted a place for family to stay together for Davidson College graduation and this was a nice option. Convenient to stores and for getting to events on campus. It was a great experience for the weekend!

Great 4 bedroom home on the lake with 7 beds. The dock and beach were perfect for a lake getaway and close to most things to do on lake Norman. Only 30 mins from the charlotte airport, highly recommend staying here.

We always enjoy the hospitality and this place is emaculate and exactly as advertised.

The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! Tastefully decorated and thoughtful furniture placement with tables/lamps/etc. The kitchen was small but mighty! Fully stocked and had everything you’d need to cook a meal! Plenty of silverware and tableware, including plastic bowls and plates for kids! The coffee and cookies were a wonderful touch! The only thing to note is regarding accessibility. The only way to access the floors are with very narrow spiral stairs. Those with young children or limited mobility may have difficulty accessing all parts of the home. You can walk/drive around out back, but it would not be convenient. There is one half bath on the main middle floor and a full bathroom downstairs. The full bathroom could also benefit from a handheld shower head for those with limited mobility as well as showering young children. We did not venture out to the outdoor spaces much, but the inside was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Ashley and Dave were very responsive. They accommodating to our needs. Their place was very comfortable and had great amenities. My favorite part of the house is the sun room, absolutely beautiful overlooking the lake.

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.
