Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Davidson

Stayed 4 nights with a total of 3 couples. The house was very warm and cozy. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Very large living room to relax and watch TV, with a second relaxing TV area on the 2nd floor. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to eat in, which we did a few nights. Check-in was a piece of cake. The owner was very responsive to any of my questions. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and very clean. Would stay there again if I had another event in the Mooresville area.

We wanted a place for family to stay together for Davidson College graduation and this was a nice option. Convenient to stores and for getting to events on campus. It was a great experience for the weekend!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and was clean and cozy. I would definitely rent from Angela again.

I'm always happy to recommend an airbnb location, and even more so with this home. I was in town for an event, and this was the perfect size. The home was extremely well-stocked, spotless, and felt "homey." The home is in a quiet location, and light pollution is at a minimum. I didn't spend too much time in the backyard, but the deck and firepit were in great shape and ready for use. There's a new Publix grocery store right down the street, and Huntersville, Cornelius, and Davidson are a short drive away.

Loved our stay here. So clean & beautiful. Such a peaceful and stunning location. The beds were super comfy and we just felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again one day. Highly recommend booking!

Enjoyed our stay at Jeremy's place. Location was quiet and not far from Salisbury. My wife and I had fun watching geese and other birds near the pond. We spent our days touring the Salisbury and northern Charlotte area, but had very relaxing evenings here!

The space was great, host was flexible with me needing to check out earlier than I had originally scheduled. I would definitely recommend this space. Wasn’t over priced at all.

Wow, what a location right by the lake! We absolutely loved this accommodation. its tastefully decorated, calm, peaceful and private. the living space is sociable and the front porch allows you to enjoy the view of the lake, the birds and just the wonderful peaceful atmosphere. there are kyaks and paddle boards and a beautiful dining area on the jetty. Comfortable beds, pretty linen, great bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen make it feel top end. Clearly this place is loved by the owner and we recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil stay. we came to Charlotte for the Speedway but we're so happy we got out of town to explore the countryside and enjoy Lake Norman. Downtown Moorseville is about 20 mins away and was a lovely place for a bit if shopping and some nice coffee ☕️ Thank you Patricia. we highly recommend your beautiful place at Tranquility Cove x

Overall great stay!! Place itself was excellent however wish there was more going on in the surrounding town.

Sandra’s home was beautiful & the perfect getaway. We stayed there while we were visiting to attend the PGA. A short drive to downtown Fort Mill, which had coffee, restaurants, and grocery stores, and only a 20-30 minute drive to Charlotte. The place was private, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

We had stayed here previously. This time we found it to be just as nice as the first time. The place was clean and comfortable and the fact that the local restaurants & brewery are walkable is fantastic. We will be back next year.

Highly recommend! Quinsia was a great host, communicated check in details, checked in the next day to make sure we were doing well, very attentive! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to events in uptown! Would return if we are in Charlotte in the future.

This airbnb is only 4 miles away from The Barn at Blue Sky Farm which is why I chose it to stay while attending a family wedding at that location. It is clean and very peaceful. Church bells play faintly off in the distance mid morning. Full kitchen with oven, stove and full sized fridge for anyone that wants to cook any meals. The guest is able to turn on either AC or heat and set the temperature. With the weather in the 70s during my stay I found AC in the late afternoon kept it comfortable and having the window and doors open earlier in the day rather than AC was best. I didn't meet the hosts, but it was easy to access the unit on my own. As parking is under the large deck, the car stays shaded and cool. There is a nice clothing rack and hangers to hang up your formal wear if you are a wedding guest! I'm really glad I chose this location to stay at for the wedding and would recommend it.

Alicia & John were lovely hosts. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. There were extra towels & washcloths for our family of five. Lots of great info in their guest binder. Covered pier was an amazing place to spend mornings & evenings. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

We had a blast at Lynne’s place! It is such a cozy home with fantastic Lake access. Very private and felt right at home immediately!

We had a wonderful stay - peaceful, quiet and incredibly comfortable. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated and full of calming touches that made it easy to relax. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept deeply every night. The surrounding are was beautifully quiet, offering the perfect escape from the noise of daily life. Samantha, the host, was responsive and respectful. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. This stay was what we needed! Highly recommend for anyone seeking rest and tranquility.

We had the best time!!! First night we walk to Two Trees Tavern and hung out with the locals. Everyone was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. We have family that live close to Aaron’s place so they were able to come by every day. We celebrated our first grandchild’s high school graduation, It was so wonderful. We kayaked, swam, fished, played corn hole, grilled out, ate on the porch, and watched the wildlife. Watching the cousins play together just filled my heart, and the memories will on live forever. It’s just minutes away from town, Publix Starbucks,barbecue place, Neighbor‘s pizza, ice cream at farmers market.Also went to a close by local park and played pickle ball. Started every peaceful morning with coffee on the porch and ended every beautiful night at the fire pit watching the kids, try to catch fireflies. Don’t forget to check out Blue Parrot at the marina. Good food, drink and where the fun people are. Life is what you make of it, this place was perfect.

I want to say this place was so at home. I felt we were in cabin and being rural, at the same time so close to whatever we needed. the surrounding was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin was so clean and equipped. My son loved the fact he could stay in loft by himself, and still being close to us. we loved to hear birds, and rooster singing around and we also meet some locals and neighbors; very friendly. Robin and Jay were so kind when I needed to talk to them and John helped me to find the local event, even though we didn't go (we had so much fun just being at cabin). Overall we loved, loved it and loved it. Thank you Robin and Jay for creating such a lovely place to stay in; felt so at home. Sarah, Jay and Benjamin

Great home, close to everything we were looking for and great communication and support from the hosts!

We arrived ver late and very hungry, due to a 3 hour plane delay…walked into the home and there was a basket of wonderful treats and water waiting…such an unexpected and wonderful surprise. The house/cabin was perfect. A rustic lake vibe with all the wonderful amenities. We used the canoe and kayaks on the lake with our grands. Location was also perfect, a short distance to anything and everything. Communication was top notch. Highly recommend…
