We stayed at the Lodge for 3 nights in June. The Lodge was lovely, with beautiful views of the lake. The Lodge is two or three doors down from a restaurant which served good food and drinks. All in all, a very nice short stay 👌

It’s a great place to stay , the house is just as vintage and Victorian as it could be . There is plenty of space to sit play and eat . The bed rooms were very classy

Staying at Isaac’s place for a few days was an amazing experience! The property was spacious, much bigger than we expected, and had a warm, homey feel. Everything we needed was readily available, making our stay incredibly comfortable. My friends and I had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed every moment there.

I recently stayed here as a group of 11. Firstly, the house is excellent for large groups and has a great garden that is perfect for socialising in the sun. What truly stood out was Jake’s attentiveness and assistance in organising the finer details of our event, right down to ensuring we had the exact number of forks for a dining experience I was organising at the house. I would HIGHLY recommend both the property and Jake if you are looking to stay in Sheffield. The location is also perfect, and 20 mins from the Peak District.

We had a really nice stay, the house is lovely and can cater for a very large amount of guests and I would recommend it. It was clean and there is a nice patio in the back where we sat outside in the sun. It is very central in Llandudno and everywhere is walkable. My only criticism is that the sofa's in the living rooms are not very comfortable to chill out on in the evenings. This is probably because they are pull out beds, but with the amount of beds already in the house, I didn't think it was necessary to have further pull out beds.

The Cow Shed is in the most beautiful location off the beaten track, yet only 10 mins from the main road. Lovely views onto the hills and common land and all you can hear are the birds and the sheep. Perfect location for exploring the Malvern Hills with plenty to do on the doorstep and several good places to eat. Equally you can walk from the door too. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for 4/5 days. It is in the grounds of Nigel's house but we were private and had our own space; we especially enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine having a coffee. Highly recommend...

We had such a fabulous weekend, the house was so nicely decorated and had all the essentials with a few fun extras, was spotlessly clean, amazed at the value for money and great location, definitely recommend.

Sarbjit’s place was great and exactly how described. It is very spacious with well-sized rooms and comfortable beds. It has all amenities you can think of. Sarbjit is a great host and was very responsive - both via chat and phone. Many thanks again!

We booked the last minute for the Parklife Festival. We would have been happy with anything but this house and host far exceeded all our expectations! Stunning and spacious house. Great location near Heaton Park and very close to City Centre. Beds were very comfortable. Host was lovely and communicative with us throughout. Price was a bargain for what we received! We all agreed we will definitely book this house again for next year's Parklife Festival!

I have to come clean - I am an enthusiast of Penarth, the architecture of the town, the community feel, and everything about the place. Sarah's place, being among the oldest houses in the town, was a must for all the things I was looking for. Sarah herself is friendly and has clearly put a lot of herself into the house. My journey time to Penarth could have been subject to delays, being more than 500 miles... but we had good communication and met up without difficulty at the house. All in all, the house was cosy and well appointed. It also was a great base for strolling into Penarth Town centre and even, across the barrage, to Butetown and even Cardiff. I would thoroughly recommend Sara's house for your stay.

This was honestly the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in, it is truly incredible and I can’t stress enough how much the pictures don’t do it justice - but it makes it all the more magical when you arrive. We spent nearly an hour just exploring the gardens, we spent a whole day on the boat with friendly dragonflies. Truly in love and will be back! Thankyou Thomas!

Had a great stay at Hamid's house. The place was clean and well enough equipped to make some meals.

The Villa is a beautiful accommodation. Great location. Amazing setting with the horses nearby. The house is immaculate. The host, Michelle, goes above and beyond to accommodate.

Anju and the fellow hosts are extremely responsive to all queries we had. The keypad entry is an excellent means of entry. We would have rated it 5 stars but it was a little temperamental and sometimes decided to choose random numbers rather than the numbers we had pressed when we were trying to get in, causing a bit of anxiety that we may get locked out. The only issue we had was the shed in the garden is accessed by the owners/hosts at any time. This was a little disconcerting when we were in the kitchen at night and suddenly a person appeared in the garden. We did lock the side gate but were asked not to do this. Unfortunately the garden was then not secure for our dog who decided she wanted an adventure and took herself to the road. Could the shed be relocated to the driveway? The driveway is a definite plus to the house it has plenty of parking space. Overall this should be a 5 star property and we would have rated it so had we not had concerns with garden security for our dog.

We stayed here for a weekend away as a group of school mates all turning 30. The property was the perfect base for us, providing us with the best possible experience. We’re an active, activity based bunch and this stay had something for everyone. Multiple activities, from the pool table, darts board, table tennis, air hockey, and yes the Pool and Sauna. Many of my friends couldn’t believe just what we had found for this stay. Private use of the pool is a great bonus. All beds were made, fresh linens and towels provided. We used the kitchen to cook our breakfast each morning. There’s ample parking for 3-4 vehicles inside and plenty on street right next to the property, which is a quiet street so not a stress. Whilst the decor is aged, we are not particular on this and found it added to the charm. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and spots to relax. We would stay again! The host was fantastic in communication and response to questions posed and made the whole process easy.

A very comfortable clean spacious place to stay with full range of facilities and wonderful hot tub. A great scenic outlook over the lake and easy walking access to the spa close by.

The perfect stay for a family of 6 adults, a toddler, and a dog! We had such a beautiful stay, (just wish we had had better weather!). The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Thanks so much again!

We needed the property for 2 weeks, Robert suggested I go round to check it would work before I needed to confirm the booking which was honest. Nice amount of space for a family of four, close to the children’s’ schools and Clifton village a 15 minute walk away. Robert was responsive and helpful and we had a lovely stay.

A lovely space to relax, unwind and recharge. Very friendly hosts and fantastic grounds.

This is second time we’ve stayed on Lower Mill Estate as it has great onsite facilities, so nice not to go too far with the little ones. We did the Cotswold Wildlife Park, it is a 30 minute drive but well worth it. Also Emerald Thai in Cirencester was delicious. The house itself had everything as described on the listing, lovely views over the lake and was enough space downstairs for 10 adults and 4 little ones. Two of the double rooms are on smaller side so wouldn’t recommend if you need space for a few travel cots. On the first morning a few of us had cold showers as hot water wasn’t on, but we figured it out waited half an hour and all was ok. We reported this along with one of double bed had broken slats which wasn’t ideal, but appreciate nothing could be done at the time. The contact was very apologetic about this and it didn’t hinder our stay. Thank you
