A well equipped wet-bar with fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and tea set ups, and a newly renovated bathroom with heated floors and double shower complete the space. We are available by phone or text always but we live just a few houses away, so we can be reached almost anytime. We generally leave guests alone and respect your privacy but can be available if necessary. On the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 26 miles from Boston, Beverly has small-town charm coupled with a city identity. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Our unique home is conveniently situated close to routes 95 and 128. It is a great base camp for day-tripping to Boston or various points on the north shore (Salem, Beverly, Gloucester, etc.). There are numerous restaurants and stores of all types located nearby. Our house has historical significance and has been thoughtfully maintained. Built for a painter in 1823, with sun-filled rooms, high ceilings, gleaming colonial pumpkin-pine floors; renovated for modern comfort with brand new systems. Large 1st-floor apartment in my two-family home. 5 min stroll to the center of town, witch museum, restaurants. King bed, Full bed, Queen sofa bed. Not suitable for infants or young children. Parking permit for one car only during October.

Fourteen miles to Logan airport and downtown Boston. Twenty five miles to the New Hampshire border and thirty eight miles to the Maine border.
