Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dania Beach

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

The hosts were flexible and graciously allowed some date changes. Self check in was a breeze. As a guy who removes shoes indoors, I loved how absolutely clean this home was! Floors, kitchen, and bathroom were all spotless! The unit was well appointed and well maintained (far far better than the average Airbnb), making it easy to cook. We noticed that the washer was tagged as out of order one day and replaced super quickly, showing how attentive the hosts are to their property. I wish all properties were managed to this standard! We really felt at home here!

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

I just love this place. Been here with my wife for the third time this year alone. Feels like home mixed with the joy of vacations!

Brigitte’s place is very cozy in a very cool old neighborhood of Ft. Lauderdale. It’s cute old houses and lush foliage. Her porch was wonderful and it felt like we were in a gorgeous tropical forest. The place was exceptional clean and had a great fully stocked kitchen. Briggita was incredibly kind and very available. I’d stay here 100 more times!!

Great stay the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in process was easy and the home looks exactly as pictured. Very clean , spacious and great amenities. I would def recommend staying here and I will be staying again in the future!

Samantha was a fantastic host! She had great response time and was so sweet! The Airbnb is exactly as described, very close to the airport, restaurants, stores, and the beach. I would highly recommend and I would stay again, it’s the perfect space for a solo trip or couples!

We've stayed in several Airbnb's and this is by far one of our favorites. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for the stay. The yard was perfect and the kids enjoyed every minute of being there. The beach was just a short drive with lots of great restaurants in the area. Evelin was always very responsive with any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area if it was available.

Jessica’s place was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Love the rain head shower. Jessica was quick to respond to our questions.

My work stay was so amazingly pleasant amazing the place was beyond what the pictures and descriptions were so so clean 🧼 peaceful and quiet perfect location for all things amazing beyond will definitely stay again and most definitely recommend to everyone above ☝🏼 my expectations and such a beautiful stay experience

I had a wonderful stay that was both enjoyable and peaceful. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The hosts were informative and helpful, providing everything I needed to make my visit smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was an easy and relaxing experience. Cristina’s place was lovely! We really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub and really got a lot of time to relax! She was responsive and more than helpful! We traveled with a toddler and she had a pack n play and a highchair for us along with recommendations for child friendly activities!

Derek’s place was one of the nicer places I’ve stayed. It was decorated very nice with adequate space. Bathrooms & Kitchen were immaculate! The neighborhood was very quaint, private and quiet. Walkable to some great restaurants. Bed’s were super comfy and the house was stocked with everything you could need. Check-in & out were a breeze. Derek checked in with me via text during my stay to see how check in was and if I needed anything upon my arrival & sent a nice text the evening before check-out with check out instructions and thanked me for staying. Patricia was a great host. Her place is my all time favorite. I will surely stay again. Her attention to detail was amazing. Everything that you could ever want in a beach condo. We set up our beach mats in the morning and left them there all day. You can see the beach from the massive windows. It was just perfect

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!

We loved our stay with Gaby! The room was just what we needed for our vacation. This is my second time staying in one of Gaby’s homes and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The water was always hot and the bed was extremely comfortable.
