Holiday rentals with a patio in Dania Beach

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

Luis was a great host! Any questions we had he was very responsive, and took care of any problems very quickly. Highly recommend staying at his place. The pictures don’t do it justice, and the environment made you feel right at home. We will be back!

Joshua's airbnb was an absolute gem. Clean, bed was very comfortable and in a fantastic location. (close to the beach) Walking distance to many restaurants, publix, Walgreens, etc. Joshua was a superb host. When ever I had questions he was quick to respond. Our stay was phenomenal. I was celebrating my birthday and Joshua had the place beautifully decorated. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Great spot too get away from the crowds after enjoying the hard rock all day. I hope it is available next time we are down.

I just love this place. Been here with my wife for the third time this year alone. Feels like home mixed with the joy of vacations!

The home was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It smelled clean as soon as we walked in. I loved the kitchen utensils and appliances. There were very minor things that needed to be taken care of, but I would definitely stay again.

This was hands down the best and most beautiful home I have ever stayed in and I travel to Florida a lot! It was clean, the hosts literally thought of everything to make the guests feel comfortable and it was so peaceful. The hot tub and pool were absolutely perfect. We loved the outdoor shower right off the main bedroom, and the entire home was so spacious! So clean! So worth the money! The hosts know what they are doing. The outdoor areas are heaven and perfectly outfitted with the most comfortable outdoor furniture! We did not want to leave! The inside was tastefully and beautifully decorated to make you never want to leave. Absolutely amazing! Please take care of the home if you’re lucky enough to stay there! We will be back next year! Very great place to stay. Stayed there 3 nights for mainly business purposes. The house was very clean and easy to get to. Would recommended and will definately use again when in the area.

Derek’s place was one of the nicer places I’ve stayed. It was decorated very nice with adequate space. Bathrooms & Kitchen were immaculate! The neighborhood was very quaint, private and quiet. Walkable to some great restaurants. Bed’s were super comfy and the house was stocked with everything you could need. Check-in & out were a breeze. Derek checked in with me via text during my stay to see how check in was and if I needed anything upon my arrival & sent a nice text the evening before check-out with check out instructions and thanked me for staying. This studio was perfect for our honey moon trip! We were close to the beach and restaurants in the city but still were able to have our privacy!

Stayed almost 2 weeks and we loved this cute cottage! It is so close to everything we needed and even though it’s on a bit busier street (from Alaska so everything is a bit busier) it was very quiet. All instructions from check in to garbage day to laundry day to check out day were laid out perfectly. All the rooms had air conditioning and the living/dining area were very comfortable to hang out in. The price, location and hosts make this place even better. I can’t wait to come back and visit again!

As a surprise for our wedding anniversary, they gifted us drinks and a beautiful charcuterie board—it was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel so special. They truly went above and beyond and only added happiness to our special day. The space was spotless, cozy, and had absolutely everything you could need—down to makeup wipes! Every detail felt thoughtfully curated to make the experience as comfortable and seamless as possible. I would absolutely stay here again—they made our stay so special and memorable. I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Karens’s place.. perfect space for us and the location was the best. We had access to beach chairs, a wagon and beach towels. Thank you for the best weekend.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!

We loved our stay with Gaby! The room was just what we needed for our vacation. This is my second time staying in one of Gaby’s homes and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The water was always hot and the bed was extremely comfortable.
