Holiday rentals with lake access in Dalton

This was a great space for our family of four. It was comfortable and private, and we still had access to conveniences like groceries nearby. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.

We had a great week at the cabin! The view is amazing and it was so relaxing. Courtney was very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway in a beautiful setting.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. The kids enjoyed ice skating and ice fishing and we also planned fun activities like skiing and snow mobiling within 30 minutes from the house. The host was very responsive and very friendly.

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

Kathy's cabin on the lake is the most magical place - quiet, peaceful and beautiful, the log cabin a throwback to an earlier time (but with great wifi). We sat on the dock with coffee and listened to the sound of loons out on the water. Kathy is also a great host. We will be back (we have actually stayed here a number of times because it's really the most lovely).

If I could rate this 6 stars, I would. The house was immaculate, Christie communicated early and often, and my wife and I (and our two bloodhounds!) absolutely adored sitting on the massive open porch watching the Vermont skies roll by on Friday night. The large windows looking out onto the gardens made morning coffee special, and the property had just been freshly mowed and served as an incredibly playground for the hounds. We just wish we could have stayed longer! For those looking for the epitome of a Vermont get-away with an abundance of privacy and tranquility, this is your spot, no questions asked. This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet

Steve’s house is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place for my family and I to spend some seldom quality time together in celebration of myself graduating from Norwich University. The hot tub was a great amenity to have since the weather was still a little chilly. It was secluded enough we had time to just relax together but also close enough to places we still felt like we could go out and do something without wasting the day in the car. The master bedroom is where I stayed and the view is unbeatable. Would absolutely stay here again!

A very comfortable abode. Would recommend. Was concerned about our uke music and voices disturbing residents above us. Especially liked the nearby rail trail for walking and biking.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Great location for skiing, basically on the mountain. Space was cozy and the double bathrooms helped. It's very close to downtown as well and the building's amenities are a nice touch!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. It was quiet and private while being close to the conference center (a 3 minute walk) and shops/restaurants of the town square (a 5 minute walk). The condo was exactly what we needed and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely updated and the living room area has lots of natural light and is perfect for watching a movie after dinner. This is an end unit and faces the woods instead of the road or parking lot which added to its peacefulness. We would definitely stay here again.

thr most amazing host. so friendly and responsive when messaging back in forth. thr views and area were beautiful a 5 min drive down into town. made me not want to leave ! the place was so clean and homey. my son ended up staying and she brought in more towels and a bottle of vermont maple syrup.

Nice condo. The downstairs bedroom and the upstairs bedrooms are very separate. I’d say you get kids could not stay in the downstairs queen bedroom and it’s not at all in ear shot of the upstairs bedrooms. Bathroom with shower is on first floor. Half bath is upstairs. Living room is on second floor. TV’s were easy to use. House was clean. It’s not handicap friendly so if that’s an issue I’d choose another place. The condo is down several stairs and decking. There were plants of parking spaces in the lower lot. Heat worked great. Place was cozy.

Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

I was recommended the place to stay by my brother. It was perfect for a short trip, but would be even better for a week stay or long weekend with family. The space was warm, with nice bedrooms and a great living room open to kitchen to hang out in. The kitchen counter is ridiculously beautiful, makes the space feel a little more up north magical. A pleasant surprise was an ability to do a natural cold plunge in the river right outside (far superior to the regular old home plunges in a tub). The location is perfectly centrally located to be close to restaurants, there is a Brewery not too far, but it feels very connected to nature (you can see the woods and river out back. Highly recommend.

This place was really nice! Its on a beautiful lake with a lot to do! Jessica had plenty of kayaks, canoes, and life vests. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It's also very close to many great hiking areas Mt Washington.

Janet’s place in Standish was great and we could not have asked for a better host. Apart from the home itself, Janet was very friendly and responsive. She even proactively offered early check in / late check out, extremely unexpected and appreciated! Would absolutely recommend this BNB 10 times out of 10.

Great cabin in a great location. The area was very quiet and peaceful, a great place to spend a week of relaxation. We'd definitely stay here again!

The cottage was excellent! Exactly what we needed to ski and explore the White Mountains. Very comfortable and cozy.

Cheryl's home is cosy and quiet, and the photos don't quite do the place justice. It's an amazing spot since you can walk into town and access the trails to Pondicherry Park, and it's back off the road enough to feel private and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay, and especially the cupcakes that were there upon our arrival.

We stayed there for a concert at Bank of NH Pavilion with my family. The location was great. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful walk around the neighborhood in the am and everyone was very friendly. Craig was very responsive and detailed with everything we needed for check in and check out. Would highly recommend and hope to come back ourselves sometime!

This space is functional, cute, and clean. There are clear instructions throughout and the host communicated well. The location is excellent too - just a short walk to the beach. The beach itself is very small but cute and convenient. And the house is well stocked (cookware, blankets, etc). Overall, we had a great stay, it's a great deal, and we'd happily stay there again! The only SMALL caveat is that there are house rules, including that you're expecting to clean up after yourselves (not allowed to eat or drink in the living room, asked to strip beds, start a load of laundry, start the dishwasher, take the trash and recycling out before you leave). This is in addition to a cleaning fee. This is common for AirBnBs and was fine for our group! We'd be happy to stay there again, it's just worth mentioning that you should make sure you have time for that on check out day. Even with the cleaning fee, this is a great deal and I highly recommend this house!

Helen was actually wonderful. She returned calls and everything. It was a great place to stay beautiful and hope to stay there again someday.
