Bus stop towards Potsdam and Berlin 50 m. The journey time by car to Berlin-Spandau is 15 min., as well as to Potsdam approx. 15 min.

From the hallway a staircase leads up into the 76qm large light-flooded room, which was furnished as living room and bedroom.
