Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Friesenhauses. 40m entfernt halten 3 Buslinien die Euch per Express zum Zoologischen Garten oder an den Fernbahnhof Spandau bringen (Flixtrain Haltestelle). Ihr wohnt bei uns im Wald aber seid in 15 Min am Olympistadion, Waldbühne, Spandau-Arkaden,Zitadelle,Schloss Sanssoucci, Obstplantagen im Umland zu Fuss am Badesee mit zig Stränden und viel Platz usw. und könnt die Superlativen einer Grossstadt bequem per ÖPNV anfahren, stressarm ohne Blech-Gedrängel

The 4 room apartment is located in the heart of Brandenburg and thus in the middle of idyllic nature as well as in the immediate vicinity of Berlin (12 min to the city centre by train) and Potsdam (Sanssouci Palace). It is fully equipped so maintaining yourself is easy. My accommodation is well suited for couples (#berlincity), single travellers, adventurers (#döberitzerheide), business travellers (#messeberlin) and furry friends (pets) or bike enthusiasts.

Quiet apartment "Belvedere" with large kitchen and terrace in Dallgow-Döberitz just outside Berlin. The train station is within walking distance in about 8 minutes (20 minutes to Berlin Central Station) and the B5 is also easily accessible by car. Fully equipped with high-speed Internet and Netflix. Enjoy the tranquility of the Havelland after a lively day in Berlin or explore the many possibilities in the surrounding area. Wohnen wie Michel aus Lönneberga. ~~~~ Liebevoll saniertes Ferienhäuschen, Bad & Küche im großem Garten. Mein Badesee lädt zum Morgenbad ein. Derzeit mit längerem Fussweg - 500 m City-West/ Ost in nur knapp 20 (Zug) ♿️🧑‍🦯🦮🧏‍♂️ Es tut mir herzlich leid, meine Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei, dennoch würde ich auf Anfrage alles tun, um Aufenthalte für jeden Menschen möglich zu machen! There is an 80sqm apartment in the basement at your disposal. There is a separate room with double bed and washing machine. There is an open kitchen with dishwasher and stove and oven ( with hood) coffee maker, kettle and toaster are of course available . A large refrigerator with freezer compartment is included . There are two TVs and Wi-Fi . A desk for the computer . In the bathroom there is a toilet and shower .

My place is in one of the most beautiful streets of Potsdam in the side wing of a historic townhouse. Downtown and Sanssouci Park are a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is located in Potsdam trendy district Potsdam-West with exciting shops, coffee shops & bakeries. The apartment was renovated and newly furnished by us in 2024. Two bicycles are available for guests.
