Holiday rentals with lake access in Dallas

Barry is an awesome host that responds instantly. The house was great and it’s in the best location ever for nightlife and good food. We enjoyed the back patio and the large garage. While there is a lot around the area to do, this house is removed just enough from the Greenville strip so sleeping at night is comfortable and quiet. I would recommend this house and Barry as a host to anyone visiting Dallas with friends or family. Great for younger kids too as the back yard is fenced in and large. Thanks Barry & team!

Tim was always responsive. I was clear with my intentions and the guest that we were inviting and he was accommodating. It’s summer in Texas and when I first walked in the home they had the temperature nice and cool. Wish we could have stayed a little longer.

We really enjoyed staying here. The home is beautiful with lots of great amenities and was super clean. Dustin and Dayna were very responsive and helpful when we reached out to them. Couldn't have asked for better hosts or location!

Daniel was a terrific host! He responded quickly, the house was perfect, and he even offered great information on things to do in the area. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

Kim’s lake house is modern, clean and spacious. The kids and adults enjoyed our stay. There are two living areas so there is plenty of space to spread out! Kim was a very responsive host and was so thoughtful with accommodating our large group. Our favorite part of the home was the view of the lake. We loved being able to enjoy the lake at our own leisure. The yard was freshly mowed and well-kept. No ant mounds for us to worry about! Lake Lavon is beautiful and it was not crowded at all! We were able to kayak and paddle boat our way around to see the coves around the lake. We’d recommend this home to anyone visiting Farmersville!

Came to town for my sisters graduation and my parents and I stayed here with my toddler. Beautiful home that accommodated us perfectly. It was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The backyard was perfect for a little one to play and parents to rest. I loved the house so much I told my husband I wanted to live in it. Haha. Beautifully updated older home. Tieumy was friendly, encouraged feedback and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this stay and will rebook if I’m ever back in the area.

Perfect place for my son’s groomsmen and friends to stay. Lots of beds and shared space. Matt was easy to work with and accommodating when we changed how many days we were staying.

The house was cozy and felt like home for a couple days. Many activities to do like swimming, kayaking, etc.. Access and checkout instructions were clear and simple. Host was very friendly and responsive when I had a couple questions. Would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful stay. I spent four months here on a business trip, working remotely. The location was excellent; it was quiet, and Asongue was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Stayed for one night but it was definitely a gem. Place was cute clean and quiet. Price was also very reasonable. I’d definitely re-book this place if we find ourselves in Arlington again.

Alex‘ place was perfect for a single traveler, who needs to work from home in between. Safe location with walkable coffee shop/restaurants and close access to all major highways. My son came over the weekend and slept on the couch and said it was totally ok for 2 nights. Loved having coffee on the balcony in the AM overlooking the pool. Draw back for light sleepers like me: other residents not observing the downtime from 10:00 PM - 06:00 and congregating until 2-3 AM, which woke me up couple of times during my stay. However, this is nothing he could influence and I’ll definitely stay there again ( prepared ;). Overall truly a 5/5.

Our stay was amazing! Being right in front of the lake was peaceful and allowed easy access to swim and fish. Patio was a great hangout spot while waiting on the food to grill as well. Loved every second and would definitely stay again!

Jalayne’s place was perfect for what we were looking for. A quiet lake retreat, with tons of things for the lake! We went paddle boarding and had a relaxing weekend at the lake after a wedding! I would recommend this place. The kitchen is cooking friendly, and a nice getaway from the busy home life!

The beautifully curated decor and the amazing host made this stay one of our favorites. The eclectic style of the property and the amenities will have us returning soon.
