Accommodation just like the photos, everything new and clean. Peaceful and family villa. Clean, tasteful and functional decoration. The only photo that causes a bit of confusion is the one that shows the beach and lets us understand that the property would be standing in the sand, because we were told that we could wait for the check in time (if we arrived before the time) in this area of the beach, but the swing is located in a bar/kiosk (with great service) on the beach. To get to the beach, you just have to cross the avenue, very easy. This confusion made it a little difficult to locate the entrance to the property at night, but we quickly turned around and found it! The host Karina is very friendly and polite. We recommend the accommodation and hope to return soon!

We hosted a couple and two children for a weekend. The location is very good. Right in front of the beach, there is a market, and restaurants nearby. Parking is a differential, because the region is bad for parking. You can do everything on foot. The host is very responsive, and responds quickly. The house is comfortable and has air conditioning and all necessary kitchen utensils. Great cost-benefit option. We love it.

My stay in Boraceia was very good! The building is very well located, in front of the beach. The apartment is great and extremely clean! We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

Simply a 1000. Exactly as in the fofos, very close to the beach and the beach was very quiet and clean. We were very comfortable in the house and felt really at home. My dogs loved the big lawn! The Bertioga clover pastel nearby is a great fish shop! We'll be back for sure. And Patrícia is always willing to help us. The only drawback was a party that was happening on the street next door, but that doesn't discredit the house at all because it can happen anywhere.

Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and without clutter or moldy smell or anything like that, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances, and the ground floor offers rooms, a bathroom, an outdoor area, a barbecue, and a breathtaking and priceless view of the sea and the beach. We were able to have coffee and meals while admiring the sea, and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that makes every penny count. The house is on the avenue that gives access to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple helped us upon arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also left us totally at ease, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we also think is good. Anyway, 10 out of 10! We will certainly return.

Check in super quiet The site is near entrance 1 to the juquehy beach (walking a few minutes - informed in the publication) and close to local commerce. Carla gave tips on restaurants, beaches and others Juquehy has a clean and very quiet beach (end of March/ early April) I recommend it!

We were super welcome, Taciano very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, all very clean, exactly as in the pictures. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.
