Luciana's place was exactly as advertised - beautiful, private, clean, walkable, and a good space. I booked this place for the view, proximity to the beach, and privacy and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely stunning. Everything worked as advertised as well. Luciana was extremely responsive and kind, any questions I had she had responses to quickly and was overall an awesome host. Worth every penny, thank you Luciana!!

The house is excellent, with a privileged location, clean and well organized environment. The hostess was extremely attentive and was always available to meet our needs.

Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

Loved this place and the beach is great. The night noise from nearby bars and from noisy neighbors on weekend required noise cancelling headphones to sleep. But otherwise awesome!!

The days we spent in Juqueí were great. Luci always very helpful and attentive. The place is exactly as the pictures suggest. Super equipped and organized. Perfect location, with all the comforts of sun umbrella and beach chairs always mountaineering by the condo staff who are fantastic people. Close to great restaurants. Anyway, when we get back to Juqueí we already know where to host.

The house is very comfortable, clean, has all the necessary kitchen utensils, excellent location. The condominium is very clean, organized and offers beach service. The host was very welcoming before and during our stay and the condominium staff were very kind! I loved it!! We'll be back!

Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it is quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will return more often, for sure! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

Casa Linda !! well located !!!! everything is very clean, new house. Rafaela and very cool. We spent an end of the Week in familia la with children ! had rain forecast. rafaela let us check in earlier ! i was an increvel weekend ! the barbecue and very good. tastefully decorated and well thought out !! we will be back !

The house is delicious, the location is otima!! Marina is very accessible, it has helped us a lot with some questions we needed!! And hiring Claudia was essential, she is great, it helps very, very helpful and makes a delicious meal!! It's worth hiring it to compel the experience!!

Great place to enjoy the beach

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven, and it's close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

The house is exactly the same as the photos. We received it very clean. The super-equipped kitchen with pans and utensils of all kinds. Super quiet enclosed condominium. The beach is more familiar and is a delight. The staff are all friendly and pro-active. Surroundings with markets, bakeries and restaurants. I highly recommend it! We had a problem with the air, which was quickly solved by Dalton. I will return more often for sure!

House very well located, identical to the photos. Next to the beach and with chairs and umbrella available for up to 6 people. Quiet environment, house very well equipped with appliances. Currently, there are some construction works on the street and during the day there may be more noise, but nothing that is out of the ordinary.

I stayed in this house and simply loved the experience! The house is beautiful, super cozy and has a climate that makes us feel at home from the first moment. All very well cared for, clean and with a charming decoration that brings even more comfort. The location is also excellent — close to the center, with easy access to everything I needed during the stay.

The host thought it all: offers beach chairs, sun umbrellas, coolers and other beach items. New appliances. Large and pleasant BBQ space, integrated with the kitchen! Many dishes, talhes and other kitchen items available for use! The house is extremely well taken care of, which makes you feel "at home". Evandro, host, was super flexible with check in and checkout times, in addition to responding super fast! Already turned my stay dear from the north coast! I will certainly be back.

Denise was a great host. The welcome with pampering to the new arrivals was a separate detail. Local surrounded by green, with the view of a small chapel listed by the heritage just ahead of the inn. Easy to reach the beach on foot. The "hut" where we stayed was complete, with everything we need to spend the 04 days we have. I strongly recommend and will certainly be back!

The house is super beautiful, cozy and exceeded our expectations! We were very well received by the caretaker, who was attentive and always proactive throughout the stay. The house has absolutely everything you need to spend a pleasant time and have fun — from practical items to comfortable spaces. We took our two small dogs and they also enjoyed the space a lot. Everything was sensational! I highly recommend it and we would definitely come back.
