The host thought it all: offers beach chairs, sun umbrellas, coolers and other beach items. New appliances. Large and pleasant BBQ space, integrated with the kitchen! Many dishes, talhes and other kitchen items available for use! The house is extremely well taken care of, which makes you feel "at home". Evandro, host, was super flexible with check in and checkout times, in addition to responding super fast! Already turned my stay dear from the north coast! I will certainly be back.

Luciana's place was exactly as advertised - beautiful, private, clean, walkable, and a good space. I booked this place for the view, proximity to the beach, and privacy and it did not disappoint. We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven, and it's close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

I loved it! I went with my husband and my two dogs, and we enjoyed it a lot. The house is spacious, comfortable, with excellent access to the beach and plenty of nature around. It is in a reserved area, which guarantees a lot of privacy and security. For those seeking silence, it is only worth knowing that, on the Saturday we were there, the nearby floating bar played loud music until 11 pm. In addition, it was a very positive experience. I already want to go back.

Communication with host Charlie was very easy, clear and kind. The best thing about this place is the wonderful view. Quiet condominium. Super comfortable beds. To go to the beach you need to be in shape, because the climb requires good muscles and a strong heart and lungs lol.

We hosted a couple and two children for a weekend. The location is very good. Right in front of the beach, there is a market, and restaurants nearby. Parking is a differential, because the region is bad for parking. You can do everything on foot. The host is very responsive, and responds quickly. The house is comfortable and has air conditioning and all necessary kitchen utensils. Great cost-benefit option. We love it.

The studio is super cozy and clean! It is a short time walking from the center and the beach, and it is a very quiet street to walk. The parking spaces, even if they are open on the street, have several cameras, which reassures the security. Everything in the studio was clean and fully matches the announcement! Tamie was super kind and helped us in what we needed, always responding quickly!! We love it!

Katia was very attentive, remained ready at all times! I stayed with my husband and son, the room met our need, but the environment accommodates very well only one couple! Anyway, there would always be a problem again! The pool is beautiful!

The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

A great stay, perfectly corresponds to the announcement, to do everything on foot, we did it by car due to the transport of the small child who was with us, but nothing takes more than 5 min by car, we will certainly return more times

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I find broader both internally and the backyard. the yard wall is also taller than it looks. But what delighted me most about the lodging were the small details that are not in the listing: pillows and bedding very cozy; wonderful shower; several appliances not included in the listing. The home is great, not only according to the listing, but beyond. It was a pleasant surprise that we came across with a water purifier and a full kitchen in terms of appliances and utensils. Although we took our coffee machine and utensils, in the house there are several models of coffee makers, which we did not use. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms well maintained. Living room and kitchen are large, both impeccable.
