Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cutchogue

Loved Kenneth’s house. Perfect for my wife & I to get away and explore the north fork for a weekend. We had five adults, an 8 year old, a baby and a dog converging for some time together on the east coast, and Hattie’s house was perfect for us. Lots of room for all, lots of great spots nearby, and for the few small issues that arose, Hattie was very responsive. But honestly, it could have been a lot worse and I’d still have given it five stars for the bocce court alone.

Second year renting this house and it once again was incredible. The house, yard, pool and deck were perfect for our young family and dog. Spencer was incredibly communicative throughout the process and we enjoyed many of his listed recommendations! Southold is an amazing area and Seasound is the perfect oasis to stay while enjoying the Northfork!

This was a great stay for a girls weekend! Super central location, walking distance to several wineries and restaurants, and host was extremely easy to communicate with.

We had an amazing stay! Ben was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips that really made our trip special. The house itself is just as beautiful (if not better!) than the photos—stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We rented bikes, and our kids loved the freedom of biking into town, to the beach, and to nearby restaurants. The location was perfect for relaxing and exploring.

This is a lovely upstairs apartment about a half mile from a small marina with several good restaurants. You will want to get to the beach in Madison, a state park, rather than the Clinton beach which has high fees for non-residents. With that said, the gate is not attended after 6 pm when I sat and ate a lobster roll and then explored some of the history plaques to be found on the point. Catherine’s place was the perfect site for me to rest after a Hoffman retreat.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

Spacious and clean. There was a car parked in our designated spot for a bit which caused us to have to park on the street. Shortly thereafter the car was gone so we were able to park in the spot. A little disappointed when I reached out to Vivian about the situation and never heard back (both messaged through the app as well as texted). Other than that hiccup, it was overall a good experience.

We really enjoyed staying here!!! The apartment was spotless and private. There is your own backyard with a fire pit and lights in the backyard that make it so serene. Plenty of closet space and drawers to put your clothes in. We felt so at home and it was so peaceful! There is a Keurig with really unique coffee flavors to try....The bed is very comfortable. This is definitely one of my favorite Airbnb's. I am so glad we found it. The hosts were available via text and made sure our stay was amazing. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Def an ideal place to getaway.

Bob, Dawn, and their dog, Cooper were the greatest hosts! We felt welcomed from the moment we got there until the moment we left. The apartment had everything we needed and more, and the shared spaces outside were very serene. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. We had a great stay in Mystic over Father's Day and Joanne’s place was part of why it was a great weekend. Her place is minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and yet super woodsy. LOVED waking up and seeing the trees and listening to the birds in bed, which was quite comfortable and cozy. Inside was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor area looked like a fun place to hang out, however the weather didn't permit that. We were especially happy to have the electric wood heater in the unit to make it cozy since the weather was damp and cool. We also appreciated the very detailed instructions book which included nuts and bolts about the home, plus lots of other helpful info. A great place to stay!

Would love to see a microwave in the kitchen. Lovely cottage, very cozy and comfy! Will definitely come again. 🥰

it was a unique situation. I was notified by James that there was an issue with the rental and they were working on fixing it but repair people were coming the next day and would I prefer to stay at another property that they had. I said yes I would so they promptly gave me directions it was absolutely a lovely place to stay beautiful home in a beautiful area. once the issue at the cottage was fixed they notified me, but since I had a lot of commitments and was already settled in I asked if I could stay where I was and they graciously said absolutely. it was a lovely home with every amenity and I had a wonderful stay. James was a consummate host very concerned about my comfort and very very gracious in an unusual situation.

The cabin is lovely, with a great wrap-around deck overlooking a bucolic scenery complete with a river and cascades. Jessica was always helpful and responsive and the house is comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen which is unexpected in an Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

We will definitely try to book at Marina Bay again. Charming and such a great alternative to urban chain hotels. Lived hearing the frogs at night and the birds chirping in the morning!

Quiet, peaceful location with lake access and a nice little beach within short walking distance. Loved the screened porch! Keith was a great host- welcoming and responsive. The cabin had everything we needed and a great historical charm.

OMG Place was so cozy and quiet...a great retreat!!! There was everything you could possibly need there and decor was charming!!!! Beach right near by and Rocky Point Pine Barren park very close. I will DEFINITELY return to this cottage. Very private and quiet atea...lovely tree surrounded outdoor space out front. Do not hesitate to book this darling cottage. Marina was a super sweet and helpful host! Thank you so much!
