Fully furnished with a King bed, coffee-bar, and breakfast table. Private outdoor seating area with lighting, gas and wood fire pit. Wood avail to purchase. Restroom-guest fav, is a few minutes’ walk and located in a shared building, not in unit, pictures in listing. AC in summer (June 1) and electric heater in winter. Non aggressive dogs allowed. This Beautiful 4 bedroom house was built by the owner and has a huge kitchen area for the family to gather. There are two very spacious bathrooms with large showers and one with a soaking tub. Sit out on the large side deck or the covered front deck and enjoy the beautiful views of the valley with French Creek meandering through. The house sits on 40 acres and is surrounded by National Forest. You are in the heart of the Black Hills while still close to all the must see sites.

Guest will sent up their own tent at Broken Arrow Campground. Campsites are tucked beneath the pine trees close to the nicest shower house and restrooms around. Only 3 sites are available for tent camping which adds to the peace and quiet of our campground. Enjoy the sounds of horses stabled close by. Four miles from the town of Custer and situated in the center of all the Black Hills attractions . This location is the best starting point for all your South Dakota adventures.
