We love the ap! Extremely smelling, careful, with all the utensils, close to absolutely everything, beach 300m… A perfect find! Not to mention that Su is a princess and helped us with information and quick response! We love and intend to return soon!

Excellent location, easy access to the wedding venues around, a good place to spend a stay. The only observation is the noise of air machines that seems to come from the market next door. Other than that, Would come back again

I stayed with my family in Maria's place, we loved the apartment, which is super cozy, and the condominium is super nice. The beach that is super close. The experience was very worthwhile, we will definitely return with more time.

Our stay was perfect! Daniel is very attentive and always willing at all times, the apartment is very practical, comfortable and has a beautiful view, I totally recommend it, I'm sure we'll be back!!

We would like to thank Eduardo, for all his kindness, he explained everything properly how it worked, gave tips on restaurants, beaches, tours. The location is sensational, close to exactly EVERYTHING, there are banks, restaurants, a market, a bus stop, everything. My husband and I felt safe in the cottage, we walked at night and the security was impressive to see. There is an app like Uber on the island, and if you go by bus like us, you can get to the desired beaches or you can use the island's public transport as well. The house is very clean, it has all the necessary utensils for cooking, the room is comfortable and has Netflix logged in on the TV, which makes all the difference at bedtime, to watch something cool. I highly recommend this accommodation and when we return to the island, we will definitely stay at the Tiê chalet. The sunrise and sunset at Perequê beach is sensational, it is close to the accommodation, be sure to see it.

Wonderful! The place is close to everything, the center of São Sebastião, the ferry to Ilha Bela and the beaches of São Sebastião are super accessible within a 30-minute radius. The apartment needs no comment, pleasant, clean, very well organized. Flávio is a fantastic host! Caring, available and very helpful, he informed me and gave tips from the beginning to the end of our stay, recommended places for food, visits, in short... sensational. And for me, the icing on the cake: I have a small child and Flávio does too. Before my arrival, he made two boxes of toys available on his own in the apartment, and my son had a fantastic time during the stay, right?! Hostã extremely requests, super polite and kind. Village picked us up on the ferry and was super gentle, showed us good places to eat and walk, informed us and showed us the surroundings. The air bnb is beautiful, very clean and neat, you can access the walking places and by car is closer still, but at the same time it is isolated enough to have silence and peace. I loved the stay🫶🏻

Located in front of the beach and in a strategic location to go downtown or to explore/visit neighboring beaches. The host is extremely attentive and her answers are quick and decisive.
