Ariane was a great host, very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. I liked the accommodation, it had everything we needed. We were able to have privacy and tranquility. When we arrived everything was clean and organized. The location is good and quiet, it is close to the center and has transportation options on the avenue. For those seeking privacy, location and cost benefit, it is a great option!

Amazing stay. Guilherme was very attentive to our requests for checkin and checkout. The apartment was impeccable, as well as being very spacious and having everything we needed, including a hairdryer that was great. It is also well located in the city.

I stayed at Márcia's place in Paraty and it was a great experience! The place is very welcoming, well cared for and has that atmosphere of peace that perfectly suits the city. The location is great, close to everything we need to enjoy Paraty well, and Márcia was super attentive and helpful at all times. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

A point of attention for those who prioritize privacy: the house faces the street, with movement of people and cars, and one of the rooms gives direct access to the passageway to a house in the back, which makes the curtains always need to be closed. The water pressure of the shower is excellent, which was a differential. In addition, the staff were super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, and were extremely flexible regarding check-in, which helped me a lot. Overall, it offers a great value for money.

Everything perfect! Marilia was very flexible with the check-in and check-out that helped A LOT, the house is very clean, everything new the furniture, warm shower, the refrigerator when I arrived was already freezing, the towels and bed linen all impeccable, for sure I will be back! The house is very close to the historical center, perfect location, very good air conditioning, Wifi and television working perfectly, a super comfortable environment. The trip was perfect, thank you so much Marilia for the flexibility, one day we will return!!!!

The neighborhood is super quiet, ideal for resting, and the location is excellent: really close to the historic center and a few minutes from Jabaquara beach. The stay was great from beginning to end. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, with cutlery, utensils, essential appliances available for use, a fan, air conditioning, and an induction stove. The house, as the advertisement says, is around 21 minutes from the historic center of Paraty, the entrance to the neighborhood is dirt, but nothing that gets in the way. The place is expetacular. Wagner has always been very attentive and has always been supporting us and responding immediately. The hotel is also spectacular. flat only has no stove, fridge, but it has microwave and minibar. suggestion: have a coffee maker. would return for sure! MUITO BOMMM

The place is exactly like in the pictures! It is located between Cunha-SP and Paraty-RJ and we take the opportunity to know both places. Despite the rain, we enjoy a lot, we will be back soon!

Great guesthouse. The sauna above the pool is sensational. Township of the beach. Employees good people. I recommend it.

Quiet place, simple neighborhood, but the comfort is very cozy and sophisticated, easy access, takes a small stretch of dirt road, there are some shops nearby such as grocery stores with a bakery and the prices are very affordable, and there are some beautiful views of the mountains, it is well worth knowing, I took my jetski to enjoy a lot, I will come back more often for sure
