The place is very nice. Very relaxing. Even though it was a quick stay. It was pleasant. There is a small restaurant upstairs where the food is very tasty and the people are very friendly. Food machines at the reception. The place is really complete. The pool is huge and clean. And the apartment is very cozy. Everything is good.

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. I really enjoyed the stay, Luis was a great host, they provide very clear instructions. The place is just like the photos, very clean and nice. It's a great plus that you can go into the club to swim, play tennis or soccer, and the restaurant there has very good food.

We stayed for a month and basically had no problems. Adriana was responsive to any questions I had. I would stay here again if we come back to Cuernavaca.

The apartment is an excellent option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.

a comfortable place to stay, clean, tidy at a convenient price only that there are not many things nearby especially if you go without a car. fight a little with the hot water but my mistake since I had a solution and don't ask, the bad thing is that there is no cellular signal but you do not get incommunicado by the internet that there is although in a few moments it is disconnected. I've been many times to Tepoztlan, my stay at Diana's place tops all other accommodations. A beautiful house close to the heart of town, an easy walk to many local businesses, while at the same time being private and calm. The exact place as in the photos! I didn't have to ask Fabricio anything, he always anticipated my doubts. The house has one of the best locations in the cluster, the pool is huge! We had a lot of heat, so I would have liked to have heating in the house, but we endured with the fans that are located in strategic places in the house.
