Excellent place to stay with family and/or friends, very quiet and private to spend a quality time, always very friendly and helpful.

It is a very nice house. My friends, two dogs and I spent a long weekend at the house and had an amazing time. The views are beautiful, the only thing is that there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms and that's always appreciated so you don't have to carry it, so don't forget to bring it. On the other hand, it has everything you need to cook, just make sure you bring the necessary groceries as there are small stores nearby but they close early and if you forgot something you will have to go a little further.

It is a very comfortable house to spend as a family within the Lomas de Cocoyoc fractionation, all the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are glued to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable, the area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the fractionation, I would definitely stay again.

My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a good-sized one-story house. Next time we go to Ticumán, we plan to stay here again.

Although it does not have car parking, you are given the option to store it very close to the house. Adriana and her mommy's service is very good, always attentive and aware of everything. Our stay was very pleasant, the house is as shown in the photos, it has a large garden, the pool is large and an area with a barbecue. It is located in a private area and has shops like a 5 mn by car. The facilities were delivered completely clean. Alejandro was always attentive and very kind. We were in the hot season and the house felt very hot at night.
