Protocolo limpieza avanzada Cocina y lavandería completamente equipada, electrodomésticos nuevos. A pocos pasos del Puente Roto, parque de La Madre, Supermaxi, Fybeca, Millenium plaza, zona de ciclovias a las orillas Rio Se escucha el sonido del río y ocasionalmente el tráfico de la zona. Apartment on the 2nd floor, with elevator, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 2 1/2 pl in one room and 1 bed 2 pl in the other room), parking 1 vehicle, equipped kitchen, tv, Netflix, internet, 2 full bathrooms. The apartment is close to supermarkets and the mall del río. In addition, the location is strategic for going downtown, to the restrooms, to Turi or taking the Cuenca exits. We have invoices in case the guest requires them.
