This exclusive loft offers a unique accommodation experience, with two bedrooms. The low floor room, located next to a jacuzzi, promises moments of relaxation with an intimate and cosy atmosphere. The upper room, has a balcony that offers a privileged view to the city and the Tomebamba River.

Apartment on the 2nd floor, with elevator, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 2 1/2 pl in one room and 1 bed 2 pl in the other room), parking 1 vehicle, equipped kitchen, tv, Netflix, internet, 2 full bathrooms. The apartment is close to supermarkets and the mall del río. In addition, the location is strategic for going downtown, to the restrooms, to Turi or taking the Cuenca exits. We have invoices in case the guest requires them.
