White Scaur Annexe, Bassenthwaite, Lake District

An absolutely amazing stay, Adrian and Stefania were so welcoming and even hung up some decorations for my partners birthday as we went up to celebrate! Such a friendly couple and so informative and attentive by alerting us when there were interesting animals in the gardens to see. Just all round fantastic experience and the annexe was so stunning and felt right at home 🫶🏻 Most definitely would go again! ☺️

Luxury cottage between Loweswater and Ennerdale

sinead and Q made us feel very welcome. The house was spotlessly clean, everything was provided that we would need for our stay. I would definitely recommend this house, very peaceful with a beautiful garden and a beck running through it.

An absolutely beautiful area with a lovely accommodation to stay in. Really makes you feel like your one with nature. Not far at all from lots of very notorious and amazing walks/ hikes, hosts are lovely people and the farm animals are lovely neighbours to wake up to! I would definitely recommend if looking to stay in the area for whatever reason and I would stay here again.

The Carriage - A first class experience

JessicaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Booked this as a surprise for my Husband's special birthday and we had an amazing stay. Peaceful setting with nice walks in the area. We walked to the Royal Yew which was one of the recommendations and it didn't disappoint, the food was fantastic. The train was unique and had everything we needed for a long weekend in the Lake District. A great trip for a train enthusiast - Thank you for a great stay!

Traditional Mountain Yurt

JosephRating, 5 stars4 days ago
An absolutely stunning holiday, the views are magnificent and the yurt itself is really nicely decorated and spacious. Nicely furnished with lots of comfy places to sit with lots of natural light. The facilities are very bare bones but it’s all you need, the showers have great water pressure, the facilities are clean and not far from the yurt at all. There’s a lot of natural light so I’d recommend an eye mask if you’re light sensitive (one is already kindly provided) and a lamp for when night falls as there is no electricity in the yurt but there are some fairy lights provided. All in all we definitely recommend-the location, being so close to wildlife and the price make this a perfect choice and we really loved our stay!

Entire Cosy Cottage near Keswick, Lake District

AmandaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We've had a wonderful week long stay at La'al Cottage. Michael was a great host and communicated everything really well and gave recommendations of places to go locally that were dog friendly. The cottage itself is really cosy and equipped with everything we needed. Even the dogs were catered for with a little jar of dog treats and dog bowls which we thought was a lovely touch. It's in a great location too, central to everything in the town but tucked away off the road. We had no problem parking on the cobbled area throughout the week. I would definitely recommend the cottage and we will absolutely be back here for another visit! Thanks Michael!
