Cottage holiday rentals in Crovie

Second time we have stayed here, will make it a third sometime in the future. Great cottage and location

Simpathetically converted malt house in a peaceful setting. Good sized house with absolutely brilliant garden that had plenty space for the dogs to run around. Comfy beds with fresh linen, towels, robes and slippers. Well stocked kitchen with thoughtful welcome gift. Cozy lounge with plenty logs for the burner. Great little study space for those that still have to do a bit of work. Hot tub clean with non-slip rubber mats around it. Unfortunately, more careful attention needed from cleaning team in places, which was disappointing - for the money, perfection expected. Warning for fellow townies - go less than walking pace along the track to prevent the underside of your car getting scraped, unless you drive a land rover. Also, the bins are located at the end of the road, so stinky rubbish needs to go in the car - too far to carry it. We're not precious about our car but our son flatly refused to take it in his new car!

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Beautiful location, cozy, relaxing and peaceful. Property had everything we needed. Stunning views from the Hot Tub. Host recommend booking a meal at local hotel and it was fantastic. Would highly recommend Brae Cottage.

Such a beautiful little get away with so many little hidden gems nearby! Was quiet 24/7 and we loved the peace and the amount of sun the garden and hot tub got. Such a cosy cottage and made us feel at home straight away, worth the drive! Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

We stayed here for a week with our grown children and their partners. Alasdair's cottage was perfect. It immediately felt cosy and comfortable. The games barn was a fun addition, and a great place to store our bikes when not in use. We got the hot tub going and once up to temperature it was easy enough to keep it ticking over for several evenings. The kitchen was well appointed, enough utensils, crockery and pans for us to cook each night. The cottage is next to open fields and farm land with quiet roads that lead to Cublin Forest. This was an amazing place to explore on foot and on bike, especially the peninsula that runs along the Findhorn Estuary and into the sea. Deserted beach and inquisitive seals. We also drove about an hour north to do some hiking at Glenmore in the Cairngorms. After our busy days adventuring it was always great to return to the cottage to relax and sleep soundly in the super size comfortable beds.

We had the most wonderful stay in Butlers cottage. The attention to detail and interior was incredibly thought out, we have never stayed in such a beautiful cottage. The fires were lit upon our arrival and ross was there to welcome us in and show us around. He was genuinely one of the nicest hosts we have met, you can tell he’s passionate about what he does by how incredibly presented everything was. The garden and grounds were stunning, plenty of routes to walk the dog and plenty of places to sit and take in the surroundings. The cottage is tucked away, very nice and private yet still easy to get to and close to the little shop! which we loved. We bought the homemade rolls kit and they were to die for, easy to make and ended up with loads of them to take home. We will without a doubt be back again soon, we didn’t want to leave!!!

Beautiful spot, well worth a visit! Incredible views. Just wish we could have stayed longer to make use of the hot tub!

Lovely cottage. We come to Cullen 2 or 3 times a year and this cottage is up there with the best. A real bonus was having a tumble dryer! Coming home no dirty washing was brilliant. Thank you.

Lovely cottage! Scenery is fantastic and the house has everything you need. Kids loved the chickens and especially loved the playroom.

This is a great cottage in an excellent location. Grantown is well situated for day trips or finding and enjoying places off the beaten track. Fiona's cottage is clean, spacious and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place. We absolutely loved all the photos and stories describing the history of the place and how it had been in Cat's family for generations. It really added to the personality of the place. We loved the oldie-worldie furniture but yet had everything we needed to be comfortable. Lovely wood burning stove. Great for wildlife. A wonderfully decorated cottage with a stunning view! Lovely details in every room, beautiful colourscheme, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. We could have sat and watched the sea from the porch all day. Highly recommended! If possible would give it 7 stars!

The Bluefolds cottages are a lovely stay with an experienced host. The place feels remote and peaceful with spectacular views, while still being a convenient drive from many Speyside sights and attractions. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals. Bring charcoal to cook on the barbeques! Sue was a great host--friendly and helpful, providing useful guides recommendations, while also giving us lots of space.

Had a wonderful stay here! This is the second time I've stayed at Shellys property and it was as beautiful and clean as the first time. Loved the outdoor space, the views are stunning. Everything was so clean and we love the decor. Thanks again for another unforgettable stay! I even saw orcas for the first time just a minute from the property, unreal!

Kath was a fantastic host one of the best we have experienced. She recommended a fantastic restaurant which we went to on the Friday evening loved it, thank you so much Kath, thank you for being an amazing host. We had the most amazing time! The home was wonderful and what a great little town. We loved all the drivable places to visit, and walking around town.

Cottage was stunning and in such a good location for all the distilleries we were visiting. The place was spotless and had everything you’d need for your stay. Karen passed her contact number but to be honest she had a comprehensive information book with all the local activities. We travelled to visit the local distilleries and GlenAllachie is about a two minute walk from the cottage. We had lovely weather so sat outside on the garden furniture and only saw about two cars pass and a handful of tourists. It really was quiet and relaxing and I’d have no hesitation in recommending the cottage. I’ll certainly be booking again when I’m next up. It’s a wee gem!!!! Thanks Karen

Super spot, spotlessly clean and a very cute building. We enjoyed our short stay in the Lodge. Ideal for any group except perhaps small children. Appreciated the log fire on a very driech weekend.

Sandend is one of my favourite places on earth. Ian's cottage is perfectly situated near the harbour. Its uncluttered and has modern appliances. It feels immensely comfortable. I will come back as often as possible. 😊

Peppermill Cottage is a real gem of a find. Whitehills and the surrounding local villages are absolutely gorgeous. Add to this miles upon miles of coastline and countryside right on the doorstep and you're in for a treat. The cottage itself is well equipped and was squeaky clean for our arrival. We loved the sunny ourdoor space for lazy mornings with a coffee before heading out. Alison was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Couldn't ask for more!

This is an outstanding place for kids and furry friends. Sue and Jim could not have been more helpful or welcoming - the cottage is pristine, cosy and with all you need no matter the weather. The grounds are stunning; affording you real privacy and lots to explore and do from climbing trees to den making, and all whilst surrounded by nature. You are only 10 mins from Inverurie which has plenty of shops to meet your needs. A trip to the Old Post Office for brilliant cakes, Castle Fraser and Kemnay are worth a visit as is the Pit Stop for a great fry up and the Gordon Highlanders museum is perfect for a raining day. Easily the most pet friendly place we have ever stayed.
