Perfect location for a couples getaway. We loved the close distance to the beach and great view from the balcony. We were having such a great time that we requested an extra night. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be accommodated. We would definitely come back!

Scott gave all the instruction up front so I didn’t need anything else from him. On the host’s end it was a great experience. Loved that we were footsteps from the beach and had an oceanfront view. The only possible con about the room was that getting into the shower was a literal climb over a ledge that was about 15 inches wide. Not a big deal unless you have a mobility limitation. While the resort itself could use more cleaning of public areas such as hallways and elevators, our room was so nice and clean. Not one insect, even with doors opening to outside! That was my main concern. I used the large fitness center. and it had several machines and weights, also a great sunrise ocean view. The resort staff made check-in and check-out super easy. If you use the parking garage… it’s not intended for minivans or SUV’s, but overflow parking is just across the street in a lot. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.

The condo was great and spacious. Excellent views and close to everything. Scott was very helpful and responsive! Will definitely come back!

What an amazing place! It's in a great location that's super close to a lot of good places. It's right on the beach and makes the vacation so easy just stepping outside and the beach is right there. They were so easy to work with and that made my trip even easier! Thank you again!

great location, beautiful ocean front. everything you need in a clean comfortable sized room. the mini kitchen ,king bed and balcony are great. we brought our own coffee for the coffee maker. small toilet area but nice big tub/shower. it was not a jetted tub though as described. check out the Rival bar on the 7th floor good food/drinks very convenient. we did not get a chance to check out the pool due to covid shut down. nice wide,clean beach. check out watermans grill,rudees,the king neptune statue. bikes and 2/4 person surreys to rent and ride on the boardwalk. fishing pier. short drive to sandbridge beach also if you want more of a tropical beach area for a day visit. everyone was friendly. highly recommend. we got a great price through Scott and air bnb.

Check in was easy, Scott’s instructions were clear and precise. Room was as described, beautiful welcome message personalized on the balcony door for our family, environment was great, oceanfront view beautiful view. Was beside a great restaurant and had a beach store directly across the street, we were close to plenty of eating establishments beach was literally right outside of our hotel. Our stay was warm and welcoming everything was great, I would recommend Scott’s suite to anyone visiting the area and would definitely rent again when visiting Virginia Beach!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Jessica’s. The place was clean and bright. We loved being right on the beach. The double balcony was awesome as we could be lulled to sleep by the waves. The location was perfect for us because we like to walk everywhere but also enjoy being in a quieter area . The kitchen , while stocked with the basics only had one small frying pan, so plan on bringing one if you’re cooking. All of the appliances were in proper working order including the jacuzzi tub. There was plenty of room in the bedroom to store our clothes. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us though. Service included fresh towels everyday and trash emptying. That was more than we even needed. Overall we were very pleased with this rental and plan to return! Thank you Jessica and Four Sails Resort staff.

Beautiful view of the beach, pleasant staff at resort, clean kitchen and pleasant decor. Might need a mattress pad for the pull out sofa, its quite hard. Would stay here again.

You get what you see in the pictures. Good for the price you pay. Great view. Nice apartment. I liked the kitchen with basic equipment. Clean but not super clean. Walkable- restaurants and stores right outside. Jessica is a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything went as smooth as expected. It was clean centrally, located, and easy to find . We have already discussed going back in the future. Jessica was friendly and easy to contact when needed, and very responsive. At this location, the staff was amazing. Desmond works at the front desk and gave us an amazing suggestion for dinner and Quinn also works at the front gave me a suggestion for breakfast. Both were amazing and we ended up eating dinner at the restaurant five nights while we were there I believe it was called 21st Street Seafood Company.

Awesome view, spacious room. We really enjoyed our stay. Jessica answered all of our questions. I recommend this place!
