Great views from the balcony. Access to everything, can walk. Great pizza shop directly across the street. Trolleys to take you places. My only shortfall is that it was a small kitchen (only two burners) with one large and small frying pan and pots, and we cooked a lot. But we made it work. Highly recommend!

The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making for a very relaxing stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel right at home! I will definitely rebook again!! :)

Location! Location! Location! The building is right by the boardwalk! No need to cross a street. Besides, Gregory is an excellent host. He is always responsive to my questions. Highly recommended!

I could not be more satisfied with our stay! Robin’s place is beautiful and spacious with all the accommodations. Location was great right in the heart of the boardwalk (which can be noisy into the late hours but did not bother us as we came for a good time and found it easily, lol) with TONS of places to shop, eat and be entertained. We saw bands, magic shows, lots of monument, etc. Beautiful views from the balconies. We even saw dolphins! We could hear and see the military jets and helicopters coming by which was so cool to us! We came for a gymnastics competition at the convention center which was a five minute drive away so that was very helpful. Pool was great and rarely crowded. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. One major bonus was Dixie the dog. We absolutely LOVED our stay. Would DEFINITELY stay again. Robin is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Thanks again! The only issue I had was I did not book a longer stay 🤣. 10/10 for sure!

Wendy was an exceptional host. She was always very timely in her responses if we had any questions/concerns. The property was so beautiful and Wendy made my husband and I feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Wendy again! :)

It's exactly what you are looking for. Quiet, private, and surprisingly spacious. Aimee is a great host she is very up front about everything gives great details on check-in and locating everything. once we walked into the condo it was the little things setup that made the stay very easy to get settled, she is a very thoughtful and you can tell that she cares about her condo and your stay. I highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay . The Condo was beautiful and Eddi was kind she allowed me and my sister to check in early. The beach at Sandbridge is lovely we had a nice time .

Condo was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. Great view from balcony. Hosts were very kind and responsive and even helped us to do a late checkout so our kids could enjoy the beach on our last day after a couple rainy days prior.

What a GREAT place with AMAZING views. Plenty of restaurants to walk to and Host was very helpful. Location on boardwalk with ocean views , and we saw dolphins in the morning. We stayed here for volleyball tournament and it was about 10 mins away from sports center. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!

Located at the end of the VA Beach Boardwalk, this condo offers a gorgeous view of the ocean, overlooking all the beach going-ons. The condo is close to lots of restaurants and things to see and do. The stay was very comfortable. The owners were very responsive and provided a good list of things to do in the area that we took advantage of. One standout recommendation was the VA Aquarium. We decided to do the Boat Trip, which was a delightful excursion, just a hop, skip, and jump from the condo. It was a wonderful experience with lots of dolphin sightings! In summary, the condo’s charm coupled with the owners' dedication to guest satisfaction make it a worthwhile choice for your Virginia Beach getaway.

Eric's place was perfect for our celebration with extended family. The location was incredible(!). And the accessibility of the building and proximity to the beach was more than ideal for our mobility-challenged family members. We made many great memories in this place. Additionally, Eric was communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.

The stay was great, the kitchen was amazing with all you need for cooking a meal, the bad is comfortable and has great streaming TV. Clean and tidy with friendly reminders notes around the hose of important things to remember. Quiet and very nice neighborhood.

My family and I decided to do a last minute end of summer trip. I was able to find this gem. House was 5 mins from their local beach driving, which was great & they provided a couple of beach amenities. House looks small from the outside but very spacious and modern in the inside. Loved the kitchen! Great place, def worth checking out.

We had 11 adults + 4 children - ranging in age from 3 months to 92! Andrea's place was PERFECT! Plenty of beds and bathrooms, plenty of living space, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked and functional. The firepit outside was a center piece in the evenings. It was a simple walk to the beach which was beautiful. Lots of beach chairs, towels, bikes, and beach toys for the little ones - all a big hit. The pool was still a little chilly but the brave members of our group didn't let that deter them. The outdoor area was fantastic! Comfortable, heavy furniture that even the kids could climb up onto without tipping! All in all, we had a fabulous week at this spectacular place. We will be back! A huge THANKS to Andrea for making our stay perfect and worry free!

home away from home but with vacation vibes . my family enjoyed. we will definitely rent here again when in VA :) we made amazing memories and bonded as a family well needed..

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Matt and Katey’s home. They were great hosts and very responsive when we needed something. Everything in the house was exactly as described. The house was a perfect size for our group and we especially loved the back patio! The house had everything we could need and we were able to cook dinners at home each night. The grill and hot tub were really nice amenities to have. The location is so perfect - it was so close to the beach! I would definitely recommend this house for someone else to stay at.

Big, roomy house on a beautiful horse farm. We loved seeing the horses in the backyard and front yard while we were in the house. The host allowed our large group to come over to the barn to meet the horses and ponies. The house is in such a private spot but still close to the beach and all types of restaurants, stores, and entertainment. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, seating for eating. The hot water was fast and plentiful. We cooked a lot and there were TONS of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, small appliances, etc. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, sauna, foosball, pool table. It was a perfect spot for our extended family to gather for a long weekend.
